Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness with hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding1.5 m above the starting point, all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling in mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for drilling of bore holes 160 to 200 mm bore with suitable rig machine, upto 50m below ground level, in any type of strata by mechanical percussion method, keeping space for pea gravel packing and lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of uPVC/ERW pipes including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for drilling of bore holes upto 160 to 200 mm with suitable rig machine, beyond 50m & upto 150m below ground level, in any type of strata by mechanical percussion method, keeping space for pea gravel packing and lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of uPVC/ERW pipes including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for drilling of bore holes upto 160 to 200 mm with suitable rig machine, beyond 150m & upto 180m below ground level, in any type of strata by mechanical percussion method, keeping space for pea gravel packing and lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of uPVC/ERW pipes including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for drilling of bore holes upto 160 to 200 mm with suitable rig machine, beyond 180m & upto 215m below ground level, in any type of strata by mechanical percussion method, keeping space for pea gravel packing and lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of uPVC/ERW pipes including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for drilling of bore holes upto 160 to 200 mm with suitable rig machine, beyond 215m & upto 245m below ground level, in any type of strata by mechanical percussion method, keeping space for pea gravel packing and lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of uPVC/ERW pipes including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for drilling of bore holes upto 160 to 200 mm with suitable rig machine, beyond 245m & upto 280m below ground level, in any type of strata by mechanical percussion method, keeping space for pea gravel packing and lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of uPVC/ERW pipes including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, complete all as specified & directed.

Note for Item No 6 to 11:- (i) Casing pipe including all mechanical equipment shall be arranged by the contaractor and the same shall remain property of the contractor after completion of work. (ii) In case of non extraction of casing pipe due to failure of borewell the contractor will have no claim what so ever on this account. (iii) The drilling of bore hole upto the depth of hard rock strata available to the depth from ground level, the size of bore well to be higher than the remaining bore size

Supply, fixing, assembling & lowering linear assembly lead free uPVC casing pipes 200mm dia bore confirming to ISI marked IS-12818 wall thickness 10.0 - 11.2 mm screwed and socketed plain pipe including all required fittings, complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Net effective length shall only be measured and paid for all casing pipe

Development of tube well first 24 hrs development (collectively) by means of pumping by engine driven air compressor unit (compressor to be arranged by contractor at his own cost) till sand free clear water is obtained, complete all as specified & directed.

Collecting of water sample as per approved lab guidlines and carry out testing of water sample in approved lab complete (TWAD - Tamilnadu water and drainage board test lab or other approved labs by Govt) for potable water/raw water as per IS 10500 with following parameters colour, odour, turbidity, conductivity TDS,PH, alkalinity, hardness, calcium, magnessium, iron, manganese, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, chloride, fluoride, sulfite, phosphate, silica, free chlorine, standard plate count, totalcoliform, fecalcoliform, streptococci and submite the test report to Engr in Charge, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe heavy class grade 50 mm bore with and including all GI fittings (Tee, elbow, socket, nipple, bend, union etc) laid as a coloum pipe in any location/situation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F super heavy (Threaded x coupler) Top adaptor (Stainless steel) double clamp complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F super heavy (Threaded x coupler) Bottom adaptor (Stainless steel) complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F Stainless steel Flange of 50 mm dia fixing with GI pipe with bottom and top adoptor including all accessories such stainlesss steel treaded bar, nut, bolts, washer, rubber "O' ring etc, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Housing pipe clamps made out of 1.5 mtr long MS flat 75 X 1.5mm for 200mm bore pipe with suitable bolts, nuts and washers fabricated to the shape of the flaps, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Submersible cable 6 Sqmm 3 core, copper flat cable as per IS 694 complete for 2 run from starter panel including fixing with colum pipe with non corrosive PVC tag all as directed. Note - 2 run of 6 Sqmm 3 core cable shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and laying of 62.5 mm inner bore CPVC schedule 40 pipes SDR-11 & Plain CPVC schedule 80 fittings such as bends, elbows, tee, union etc fixed on wall / ceiling or laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, layig, connecting, testing and commissioning of 10 Sqmm 4 Core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable confirming to IS : 7098-1985 with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts laid in trenches, floor, fixed to walls/drawn through pipe, duct or along the pole and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type1, flat size 250x150x40mm for cable protection, all as specified and directed.

Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particles/roots etc and refilling in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead 25 x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal and refilling of soil and funnel with wire mesh and GI watering pipe 20mm dia, Chamber in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 40mm thick cover in RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways, handle with 16mm dia round bars and 15mm dia GI pipe upto 7.5m for protection and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note:- (i) GI earth lead wire upto 7.5m shall be included in the quated rate (ii) PCC chamber shall be provided 50cm away from the plinth of building.

S&F Stainless stell well cap for 200mm bore pipe, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing multi stage submersible pump set 15 HP electric driven 415 V, three Phase suitable for bore well size approx 150 mm dia and outlet pipe size 50 mm dia head range not less than 73 mtr, discharge capacity 450 to 100 LPM output and lowering of new pump set including motor from bore well of depth 450 feet to 900 feet with vehicle mounted lift/lower mechanisum, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron Non-return-valve flanged type of dia 50 mm, all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling / cutting of existing road / path / hard standing cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) suitable for laying cable protection or water supply pipe any dia under the road / path / hard standing complete, all as specified and directed.
