Erection of 6 Mtr octagonal Gl (Hot Dip Galvanised in single dip) pole, 65 Km from the ghatal Electrical sction store to work-site at DM Bungalow compound, Midnaporte with foundation of M20 grade concrete for 6.0 Mtr Gl Octagonal Pole with all the materials like sand, cement, stone chips, reinforcement steel, binding wire and 4 nos 'J' Type foundation bolt with DOUBLE nut and plate washer, bolt dia 20 mm , bolt length- 600 mm, Projected bolt length - 125 mm etc as relavent IS Code. soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr., by PCC Base foundation having (L-1000mm x W- 1000mm x H-100mm) & RCC foundation having dimention (L-400mm x W- 400mm x H-1400mm) including neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) partly below and above ground level. There should be multiple alkathene pipes upto 1.2 mtrs of 25 mm dia of adequate length for distribution of incoming & outgoing cables for street light wiring as directed by EIC in the CC foundation of octagonal poles

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole (for painting post top pole) i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming

Supplying of one number 1.1 KV Grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable ( Armoured ) conforming to IS: 7098 / 1988 with its latest amendment of following size. (Make - Glostar/Havells/Polycab)

Laying of one No. 2 core 10sqmm cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per meter, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying & fixing 40mm dia medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables incl. Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials as to GS.
