Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Old work (one or more coats) (HSR item No30.25.1))

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). (HSR item No30.37.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (HSR item No. 30.28.1) One or more coats on old work

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of sqm serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.( HSR item No. 5.14)

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow-dung) and covered with machine moulded tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat. With machine moulded common burnt clay non-modular brick sqm tiles of class designation 12.5, conforming to IS 2690 (HSR item No.9.12.1)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : sqm 235 368 603 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (HSR item No. 10.58)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (HSR item No. 10.63.1) size of tile 500x500mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (HSR item No. 10.64)

Providing and fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. (HSR item No. 10.65)
