Demolition of existing treatment of roof any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and high pressure water jet and ensuring that it is free of dust, oil, grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and 1:30 slope to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/RCC surface making surface completely dry and applying primer till the surface is properly impreganted water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified water proofing membrane 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface after the primer has dried the membrane will be laid by torching to the surface as per manufacturer's instruction and under strict supervision. APP polymeric water proofing membrane shall consist of center core of 160 GSM Non Woven polyester mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix will be protected both sides with thermo fusible HMHDPE film having the technical specification, laying procedure , overlap fusing methodology and treatment around rain water pipe spout and tank staging and similar location as per zonal specfication. After laying membrane apply a layer of blown bitumen (conforming to IS 702) 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm with blinding material such as sand in dry condition @ 0.50 to 1.00 Kg/Sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen complete all as specified and as directed . (Note- Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator only and necessary guarantee shall be obtained before payment of RAR)

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as coping ,roof padding, in roof kerb or mud stops, water trough and like including weathering,silghtly rounded or chamfered angle and throating with necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs , including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in C:M 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of bricks work or concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface on ceiling finished even and smooth all specified & as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using welded mesh where required all as specified including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) WPC and welded mesh shall be measured and paid separately (ii) WPC shall be mixed with 5 mm setting coat

M & L for Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment, preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered old surfaces priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali-resistant priming paint and applying two coats of distemper oil bound, white or tinted on walls incl a coat of white cement putty all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new decorated surfaces of wall including washing and applying one coat of wall care putty all over the surface and two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted on walls

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unrinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including chaina mozaic, WC etc.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40 mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan shall be paid separetely).

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exce half brick built in cement mortar including making goor after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

S and F GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for applying a coats of glass fiber base bitumen primer as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height after primer Coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

M&L for all pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan) shall be paid separately all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded aggregate 40 mm nominal size) shall be paid separately all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 300x300x 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not excceding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M & L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7-8mm on vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on backing coat of wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc.

M&L granite (of any type) slab 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut,bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete for kitchen plateform etc.

S&F in repairs for vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with back inlet and integral footrest and anti syphonnage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap and provn of lime concrete complete all as specified supplied and fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China Ware Wash hand basin white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm size (flat back or angle back type) including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 32mm dia waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) minimum weight 32mm- 45gms all as specified and directed.

S & F pillar tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm all as specified and directed.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 of 50 mm bore fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors including bend and sockets etc; any type of pipe complete all specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cristern, 10 ltr capacity low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets all as specified and directed.

M&L for CI Nahani trap dia of outlet 75mm fixed in repairs including jointing to waste pipe in runlead fixed in cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) all as specified and directed.

S&F PTMT grating doom over Nahani trap and floor trap of 100mm Dia (Minimum weight 25 gms) all as specified and directed.

Taking down CI soil/waste/vent/PVC rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and directed.

S & F CI soil/waste/vent pipe in any length with ears 100mm bore (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified directed.

M&L Chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure in parapet walls and other concrete surfaces & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete shopuld not be removed by force.

M&L for applying the rust remover alkaline in natrue having specific gravity of 1.1 kg/ltr to the existing/additional rebars including wire brushing manually or by mechanical tools, after cleaning the disturbed surface etc. complete by draining water. Rust remover shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite) Note :- Measurement on the basis of area of concrete exposed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solids mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturer's instruction. Anti-rust protective shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite) Note :- Measurement on the basis of area of concrete exposed.

M/L for TMT (CRS) bars 10mm dia. and over, Cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, spirally and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.by placing in position new reinforcement bars including tack welding to existing reinforcement bars all complete as specified and as directed.

M/L for Providing bonding coat of SBR polymer over the exposed steel/welded mesh/concrete in ratio 1:1 to 1:1.5 of polymer and cement complete as directed by the consultant. SBR polymer to be procured from one of the manufacturer's given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite) .

M&L for repairing the damaged concrete portion by SBR Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% cement mortar in proportion 1:5:15 i.e. (1 part SBR polymer : 5 parts OPC cement and and 15 parts of graded quartz aggregate (sand) upto 25mm thickness as directed by the manufacturer's instruction including necessary curing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.SBR polymer shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite).

M&L for casting and repairing of excessively damaged members with micro concrete at all levels with all leads and lift as directed including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing including curing complete. Grade of Micro-concrete to be M-40 at 28 days and same shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite).

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 2omm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of fplain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles. & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with sovent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rope will be HDPE double core of 3.5 mm with rope Guide at locking system to hide rope and L Angle made of 20mm square MS pipe powder coated for fixing pipes. Channel to be dia of minimum weight of pipe shall not be less than 0.20 kg/Rm and maximum weight of pipe in one unit not less than 2 kg. Weight of rope shall be not less than the 550 gms / mtrs.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushing complete (Note : Sand cushing shall be measured and paid separetely).

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all complete. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M&L 18-20mm thick prepolished Granite (of any type) over 12mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut prepolished Kota stone (greenish colour, mirror polished) slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and mirror polishing, over & incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC chajjas/drops/fins thickness exc 10 cm but not exc 15 cm, (width of chajjas varrying from 45cm to 75cm) cutting straight, mechanically by means of RCC cutter machine, trimming the chajjas projections upto 15 cm from external surface of walls including errection of double steel scaffolding, covering with green cloth and all the safety measures/precautions and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

M & L for providing and fixing of factory made fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) “Chajjas” – 4mm thick of “fibreways” brand in required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) machine technology available with laminated single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 02 Nos vertically and 01 No horizontally 50x 2mm thick MS flat with 12mm in built hole for gouting on the existing wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically including all necessary fittings. Moulded with unsaturated polyester resign as per IS 6746 duly reinforced with fibre glass chopped strand matt (CSM) as per IS 11551. Available with protective gel coat U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather and sunlight all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing demolished material outside MD land all as specified and directed.
