Tender for increasing the Vertical Clearance of existing 66 kV Hoody to BWTC1&2 DC Line between Tower number 9 & 10 by providing 2 Nos of new proposed Intermediate towers of 110kV, DD plus 3, NBT, KPTCL Design Tower & 110kV, DD plus 0, NBT, KPTCL Design Towers in Garudacharpalya, Mahadevpura limits in TLM Sub-Division Hoody, Bengaluru in the jurisdiction of South Operations Circle, KPTCL on total turnkey basis on percentage basis

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years at least one work of Construction of Stations/Transmission Lines/Errection of Towers/Maintenance or rectification work of EHV Transmission lines/One Terminal Bay of 66 KV class or above voltage class on Total Turn key, Partial Turnkey basis for the last five financial years in KPTCL/PGCIL/NHPC/NTPC/any Govt.,or public sector undertakings & produce experience and performance certificate duly signed by competent authorities not below the rank of the Executive Engineer Electrical which shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid

The Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission

The Bidder shall have adequate knowledge of Sub-stations and Transmission lines, design, procedure including quality control and shall have infrastructure and errection facilities and capacitiy to execute the works

The Bidder shall upload Certificate regarding restrictions on procurement from a Bidder of a Country which shares a land border with India in the format as specified in the clause No. 1.5 of Annexure XVIII of the tender documents

Certificate is to be uploaded by the Bidder agreeing to source the equipment/material for the work from approved vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a Country which shares a land border

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years

An undertaking to source the supply of equipment/material from KPTCL approved vendors only as per the QR for vendor registration

The Bidder must not have black listed by KPTCL/ESCOMS/other electrical utilities/who are in the business of distribution of power

Goods and Service tax registration certificate issued by GOI

The Bidder should upload power of attorney on stamp paper as per stamp duty

No deviation certificate

ESI and EPF Certificate

Self declaration regarding risk & cost

Letter of undertaking

Pan Certificate

Any other relevant document mentioned in tender document

Bidders shall submit audited financial reports for last five years preceding the date of bid submission duly certified by Registered Chartered Accountant, Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for best three years out of last five financial years ending on March or December as the case may be shall not be less than 1.5 times amount put to tender
