Servicing/Maintenance of passenger lifts G+4 (03 Nos) for 13 passenger/884 Kg capacity each with travelling speed of 01 meter/sec (Make Kone) electric power operated doors, by deploying of one skilled lift Mechanic and one helper OEM or his authorised agent including rectification of fault as and when occured by replacing the unserviceable parts and making the lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time (lift No 1 to 3 installed at new core HQ) at Jalandhar cantt all as specified and as directed. Note : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through rep of OEM or authorised agent of OEM of Kone elevator, M/S Schneider India Pvt Ltd, M/S Kinetic Hyundai Elevator 7 movement technologies Ltd, M/S Hitachi Lifts India Pvt Ltd, M/S Mitsubhishi Elevator India Pvt Ltd, M/S Otis Elevator Company India Ltd, M/S Fujitech India Pvt Ltd, M/S Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd, M/S Thyssenkurupp Elevators India Pvt Ltd, M/S Omega Elevators India Pvt Ltd, M/S ESCON Elevators Pvt Ltd, M/S LT Elevators Pvt Ltd, M/S IES Elevators, M/S WVT Elevators, M/S ACE Lift or any other OEM approved by E-in-Cs branch. (ii) Successful bidder/ contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper duly Notarised, as per specified Proforma. (iii) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor. (iv) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of 11 months in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the rate quoted for this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Tenderer shall got examined the lift from OEM or from his authorised agent before quoting the rate. Cost of all maintenance required or parts required to be replaced as per OEM initial inspection shall deemed to be included in the item rate nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (vi) Replacement of major part got defective during the maintenance period as listed below are to be included in quoted rate. (a) Travelling control cable (b) Steel rope (c) VVVF drive (d) Maintenance free battery for AMF drive (e) Door sensor (f) Rewinding Motor.

Maintenance, operation and documentation of Air conditioning system with indoor, outdoor units located at Corps HQ including operation and maintenance of DG set 250 KVA & 100 KVA (02 No.) on daily basis as per requirement including Saturday and Holiday for eleven calendar month (maintenance and operation for 08 hrs) in one shift of 08 hours duration by employing operator (semi skilled) 01 No. per shift for carrying out above mentioned works complete all as specified and as directed . Air conditioning unit comprising of the following:- (a) Outdoor unit capacity 12 HP-01 No. (b) Outdoor unit capacity 26 HP-01 No. (c) Indoor unit capacity 3 TR- 07 Nos. (d) outdoor unit capacity 3.5 TR- 03 Nos. (e) Cordless remote handset- 10 Nos. (f) Refrigerator piping duly insulated - 745 RM (Approx) (g) Control wiring - 750 RM (Approx) (h) Drain pipe UPVC 32mm- 200 RM (Approx)

Lift No - 01 located at Corps HQ on all working days of the unit concerned for eleven calendar month period, in one shift of 08 hours duration by employing operator (semi skiled) - 01 No. per shift for carrying out above mentioned works complete all as specified and as directed.

Lift No - 02 located at HQ 11 Corps on all working days of the unit concerned for eleven calendar month period, in one shift of 08 hours duration by employing operator (semi skiled) - 01 No. per shift for carrying out above mentioned works complete all as specified and as directed.
