Material and Labour for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for concrete slab of thickness 100mm, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum and zinc alloy coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement, fixed with self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, Post, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W, (Gde E- 250) quality A, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement/PVC pipe of any type and any size including fitting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 110mm dia UPVC (SWR) pipes single single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches or in floors / fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix plain sheet glass pane, 4.80mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with neoprene rubber/ wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 16-18mm thick machine cut Granite stone slab (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and making mould on edges & including cutting of three numbers of grooves etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles of grade B-I (a),9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors of pattern as approved over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Vitrified ceramic tiles of grade B-I(a), 9-10mm thick of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:3, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering,and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Rolled mild steel sections in Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' including fabrication, erraction and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix rolled Mild Steel plates (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410W (Gde-E -250) Quality 'A' and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks using modular size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for fly ash brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering in Cement Mortar 15mm thick in two coats, i.e, in Cement Mortar 1:4, 5mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions over in Cement Mortar 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and fair externally all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integrated water proofing componud conforming to IS-2645

Material and labour for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windw-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement under (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match with shade or granite including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes and rounding edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, 75mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid to a slope of 1:20 as in plinth protection / foot path etc., finished the surfaces fair and even with out using extra cement including providing 12mm wide and 50mm deep joint at a distance not exceeding 2.5 Metre and at corners and the joints shall be filled with mastic filling of bitumen 85/25 and the sand in the ratio 1:2 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Framed work as in steel post or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete and gates to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging gate fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
