M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of ceiling and walls and applying two coats of Asian paints Royale Shyne paint (coloured/white) or equivalent in Berger Paints/ Shalimar Paints/ Nerolac Paints over a coat of deco prime primer over and including one coat of wall care putty with brush/roller, finished even and smooth complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

M & L for applying wax polishing over granite stone flooring including removing dust /sweeping all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair face of brick /concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.
