Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles welded with cast iron base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick finial taper plug bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 55, 11m long in truly vertical position till setting of PCC foundation complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paints of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer as exposed surface & two coat bitu-mineous paint for embedded portion incl. painting five no. strips upto 30 cm on bottom of the pole with black and red colour paint alternately all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation of post hole, PCC required for foundation and coping will be measured & paid under relevant items of BOQ.

Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B - 1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary frame work finishing the expossed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning complete HT 11 kV, 200 Amp outdoor type gang operated single air-break switch, triple pole, tilting type, vertical mounting, mechanically operated consisting of hot dip galvanised channel iron base having 3 Nos 11 KV Post type insulator in stack - 3 stack per phase, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, MS arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetizing current with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with horizontal connecting square bar, GI pipe of size not less 25mm dia, medium grade and of suitable length as down rod levers coupling & operating handle with locking arrangement connected with new ACSR conductor (jumper) - set of 3 duly logged incoming and out going with steel nut bolts and washers complete complying to IS 9921/1985 (Part I to IV) or its latest amendment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs incld. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of GOD.

Supply and install drop out fuse complete, HT 11 kV, 200 Amps fuse link consisting of channel iron base having 1 No 11 KV post type insulators in stack & 2 stack per phase complete with fuse carrier of SRBP tube with heavily tinned non ferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphor bronze contact complete manufactured as per IS 9385 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs incld. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of DO fuse unit.

Supply, laying in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamps made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 core 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 11 kV (E) grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS testing, commissioning with and including HT cable PCC route indicator as approved by the Engineer in Charge at every 5 m with suitable PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m deep and getting out includingforming bottom surfaces to required level or slope for taking out embeded cables,brick/pcc protective tiles complete all specified and all as directed by engineer incharge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in 25mm thick layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11 kV of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicted and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and two finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 80 mm dia 'light grade', galvanised pipe with all fitting; laid in trenches/ fixed on pole with suitable clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti-climbing device; spikes type square and flat including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate),"mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Heavy duty station class, Gap less type Metal Oxide lightning arrestors, 12 KV rupturing capacity complete with all fittings distribution class suitable for 11 KV earthed system discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Modifications to support structure as per OEM requirements shall be the scope of Contractor. No extra payment will be entertained on this account.

Heat shrinkable outdoor type end termination cable jointing kit suitable for earthed 3 core 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm HT 11 KV XLPE aluminium conductor cable including disconnecting concerned cable, cutting out burnt / damaged jointing kit, jointing new kit including testing and commissioning of complete cable all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of saddling or clamping of cable all as directed. (b) Contractor has to arrange proper electrical shutdown after informing to department concerned.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - (a). Cost of cutting out of trench for accomodating the machine and making good to the surface after completion of the job are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (b). Contractor has to rectify any damage to cables, pipes or other govt. property free of cost to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (c). Any extra excavation or the any other connected jobs required other than as mentioned in the scope of work will be measured and paid under the relevant items of this schedule.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning HT 11 KV, 3PH, 50 Hz, CPRI approved IP 65 protection AC system outdoor type feeder pillar duly powder coated to loop one incoming and two outgoings for 3 x 95 sqmm XLPE 11 KV cable having following specifications complete all as specified and directed :- (a) The cubicle of HT feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet. The complete cubicle shall be rigid self supporting and free standing. (b) The HT feeder shall have front and rear compartments. Front compartment shall be suitable for connecting the terminals of cables and the rear for cable terminations. Backlite sheet 20mm thick shall be provided for separation of cable termination at front side. (c) The cubicle shall have centre lift up type slanting roof rain hood made up of 3.00mm CRCA sheet. The depth and width of the rain hood shall be at least 120% of the depth and width pillars. (d) The cubicle shall be provided with two Nos of doors for front and for back side alongwith 3 nos of hinges on each door. (e) A centrally operated three position locking arrangement shall be provided for the door. Two keys shall be supplied for each feeder pillar. In addition, angle cleats shall be provided for putting two Nos of padlocks for each size of doors. (f) Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides of the pillars and also at the top and bottom of pillars. (g) Asbestos sheets of at least 6mm thick shall be provided on all doors inside. (h) Enameled danger board with "DANGER 11000 VOLTS" mark shall be displayed on the left hand side of front and back doors. (j) Two nos of earthing bolts shall be provided with cubical. One each at front and rear side of Pillar. The same shall be easily accessible. (k) The cable entry shall be from rear side of the pillar alongwith removable gland plate. Cable chamber shall be provided with perforated metal sheet separate for each chamber. (l) Additional door on front side with 14 SWG GI wire shall be provided. Also the detachable frame with 14 SWG GI wire mesh shall be provided at rear side. There shall be firm stop for these wire mesh doors and frame that it shall not move toward inside of pillar / live connections. (m) Bus Bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The set of bus bars 630 Amps rated shall be made up of electrolytic grade aluminium confirming to latest grade of IS. (n) The insulating material used shall be Epoxy type Insulator, with uniform equally spaced rings, suitable for 22 Kv Class insulation Mounting of these insulators shall be with 4 Nos of threaded holes on the central vertical, 10 SWG MS plate. (o) Foundation for the panel should be provided with PCC 1:3:6 type C2, at depth of 150mm below GL and 300mm above the GL with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables. Base frame for cubicle for mounting shall be made out of 40 x 40 x 6mm equal angle iron duly painted.
