1. Wiring Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.. a) 4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

b) 4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (Drain Pipes for IDU of AC) a) 25 mm

2. MCB & DB's Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required a) 63 A

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required a) Triple pole and neutral

Supplying and fixing 4 way MCB sheet steel Enclosure, phosphatised, powder painted with Din rail for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs) MAKE: Legrand Cat no. 507793 or equivalent etc., as required.

3. Air Conditioner SITC of 4.0 Ton Capacity Floor Standing Tower Type Air Conditioner unit complete with indoor unit (IDU), outdoor unit (ODU) Three phase 415V ± 10% with R32/R410A refrigerant, copper condenser coil and Twin Rotary compressor i/c providing required length of refrigerant copper pipe of std. size as per recommendation of manufacturer of Air Conditioner with insulation, cordless remote control, cutting and drilling holes on the wall with smooth finish etc as required Similar to Make:- CARRIER MIDEA model MCAF48RSC2 or its equivalent as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & Delivery) of Tower AC i/c providing electrical cables, insulation, gas charging, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes, fixing suitable size PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish and covering the PVC non adhesive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes and as per the direction of E-in-C. a) Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 3/4" & 1/2"

Fabrication of stand/Pedestal for keeping the indoor/out door unit of Tower/ Split type AC of various capacity made of suitable size of MS Angle and painting with one coat of red oxide and paint as required.
