Amount

Taking down existing water proofing treatment including PCC padding, mortar etc and disposal of rubbish outside MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening of surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in padding, using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions laid to proper slope and gradient, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on mineral / slate finished membrrance over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surfaces and then providing APP membranehaving non woven polyster filmreinforcement with 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and finished on top with mineral/slate finished torch on system laid with 100mm & 150mm overlap on side & end laps respectively laid over rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing liquid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor fixed with porcelain / fibre / bakelite insulator on wall / floor / roof / pole with saddle, clamps as required 30x5mm galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor fixed with porcelain / fibre / bakelite insulator on wall / floor / roof / pole with saddle, clamps as required 25x3mm galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination, single pointed copper rod, 12mm dia and 300mm long complete with fixing arrangement on top of the 50mm GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised iron tubing, 40mm dia, medium grade to be fixed on building for fixing copper air termination rod on top of building / roof with grouting in PCC all fittting as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating exposed surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and directed. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore, medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 40mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
