Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, concrete padding,tiles,cement plaster from roof surfaces etc including cleaning ,brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc. 250 mtr and not exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete roof and slab with mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques applying water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface and removing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and applying one coat of sealer @ 0.2 kg/sqm with capacity of Drastic reduction in water absorption - ASTM C642-97 with Improved resistance to chloride penetration in concrete surface (RCPT) as per ASTM C1202 and Improved abrasion resistance of surface when tested as per ASTM C779 and low alkaline silicate based, first reacting with other free oxides and hydroxides like calcium hydroxide (free lime) inside the concrete to form corresponding silicates, which are stronger molecules. Total Solids Content 29-30% approx. Specific Gravity at 25°C 1.25 +/- 0.02 Ph Alkaline VOC Content Nil This sealer gels in the empty pores which is insoluble silica deposits. Finally forms a microscopic siliceous layers on the surface which results in strong ceramic coating, firmly bonded to the surface by strong silanol bonds. This is stable against UV and high temperature. Note:- This item has to be applied on mother slab before laying any screed bed or PCC as a waterproofing process. Note : This item shall be carried by authorised company by manufacturer.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete type B-0 1:2:4 ( 12.5 mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick average as in roof padding finish even and smooth etc complete all as specified & directed.

Applying the non shrink high mechanical strength properties epoxy based mortar @ 5kg / RM on all corner joints of wall to prevent the capillary formation from wall to roof area; by three component system comprising of base, hardener and quartz filler having ER Base and Hardener with Quartz filler etc complete all as specified & directed. Note-: This item shall be carried by authorised company by manufacturer.

M & L applying two coats of resin sealer @ 0.2 lit/sqm for each layerwith reinforced nanometer sized particles preventing “peeling off” effect from floor/bottom. It is advised to apply in following steps : first coat to be done on cleaned surface mixing with diluent as per manufacturer’s manual and after drying surface immediately final coat has to be applied on primed surface buffing can be further done for glossy surface. Note :This item has to be applied on PCC or 10 mm thick plastered surface as a waterproofing process.This item shall be carried by authorised company by manufacturer.

M & L one coat of primer on well prepared surface as roof and parapet walls @ 0.2 lit/sqm (thickness = 0.85 mm )which is the combination of base and hardener water based epoxy system. It provides high hardness and abrasion resistance. It can be applied on dry or slightly damp substrates, without standing water. . After 24 hours of application of primer, and cleaning the surface with air blower, first coat of elastomeric pre-polymer hybrid chemistry based two component waterproofing membrane will be applied @ 0.2 lit /sqm for each layer (thickness = 0.85 mm) on roof and parapet walls.
