Operation and Maintenance of 164 KLD Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) at Bhagwati Nagar Jammu for a period of Five years (60 months). Contract No SDJ/W/52/2025-26

Part A) Comprehensive Maintenance (Breakdown Maintenance and Routine Maintenance) of all the Electro-Mechanical Equipments installed within 164 KLD Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) within the contract period of 60 months (5years) inclusive of all taxes. Breakdown maintenance shall include rectification of damages & preventive maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipments as per scope of work enclosed with the NIT.

Part- B) Supply of Manpower for the FSTP during contract period of 60 months as per the details here under

Plant Manager, highly skilled (01 No.) Degree Holder with experience of 3 to 5 years in running STP/FSTP. The wages to the chemist are to be paid @Rs.552 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Chemist highly skilled (01 N0.) Bachelors in Science (B.sc)/ M.Sc) Masters in Science. The wages to the chemist are to be paid @Rs.552 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Operators, skilled (04 N0.) 1 for each shift of (8 hour/day) Day/Night and one Operator on rotational/assisting basis with 02 years’ experience in a sewage treatment plant certified by the officer for whom the employee has worked. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Electrician skilled (01 No.) with 02 years’ experience and ITI certificate in electrician trade. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Mechanic, skilled (01 No.) with 02 years’ experience and ITI certificate in Mechanic trade. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Housekeeping/landscaping person (01 No.). The wages to the housekeeping person are to be paid @Rs.311per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.
