Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in pavings, hardstandings and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thick more than 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type-C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A, for 100 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading and transportation from any lead to the site of work. M&L for hardcore for gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed for a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coat white wash on new plastered surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
