I// WE HEREBY QUOTE RATE IN (IN FIGURE) RS. __________________ PER SQ. MTR. (IN WORDS) RUPEES ______________ _____ _______ ________ PER SQ. MTR. OF BUILT UP AREA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING Boys &Girls Residence. I/WE ALSO AGREE TO EXECUTE THE WORK AS PER THE SCOPE OF WORK,SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER. Note: - 1) The Built-up Area of building shall be actual construction area of building along with4 lift's and 3 staircase, balcony, lift room, pump and meter room, common passages, watchman cabin , Non-Residential tenements. (Commercial),the stilt portion, Mechanical parking, On terrace elevation feature ,Car lift ,Electrical substation the actual area under staircase, lift well, and servant’s toilet will be considered at 100% of the construction area. The remaining stilt area will be counted at 50% of the construction area. As regards the stilt portion, the actual area under , lift well, and servant’s toilet will be considered at 100% of the construction area. Any other component shall not be included in built up area calculations. The area calculations for payment shall be got certified / approved from Chief Architect & Planner MHADA. In case of any dispute regarding Built Up Area Calculation, the decision of Dy. Chief Engineer (East) / M.B. shall be final and binding on Construction Agency. 2) ''The rate to be quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, Labour cess and dues other levies that are imposed by Government from time to time and increase in any of the taxes, excise, octroi, duties, royalties, any other non reimbursable charges Excluding GST Charges towards MCGM and local authorities paid separately at the submission of demand.
