Paving the floor with anti skid ceramic tiles scratch proof design of 6mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick with all cost and conveneyance of materials etc., for flooring of self designed grooves and both way special colour tile of best quality and pointing with white cement using at the rate of 0.40kg/sq m including finishing the joint neatly and pointing flush with tile surface etc complete complying with standard specification

Dadoring the walls with glazed tiles of 6mm thick in various colour set in cement mortar 1:2, 10mm thick and pointed with white cement @ 0.4kg/m2 in all floors as directed etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing of 18" size orya type colour Indian water closet with new glazed earthern ware type of aproved quality with p or s trap with sand cushion and forming ,flooring all- round the water closet using 40mm size broken with jelly in ration of in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement,two sand four aggreate) of 4" thick and plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) mix 20 mm thick using river sand including fixing the water closet in postion and giving necessary connection etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A F.T. switch, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) ( SD 19 )

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for11W CFL lamp ( SD 83 )
