Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering from RCC surfaces of columns, beams, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 6 hr between the coats, and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying anti corrosive coating IP Net-RB in two coats with time interval of 6 hours, the application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear test ) to ensure bond between and new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling and rohibb teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia, 50 to 10 mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 centre to centre in staggered manner or as directed in RCC structural element work shall be carried out as under:- (i) Cleaning of holes, clean the holes by air bowler prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles, Insert 12 mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes, External end of nozzles to be machince to recive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs

M & L for Grouting injecting low viscosity high moleculer weight thermosett /monopol or equivalent polymer by pressure and using injecter with accessorises till nozzles refused the accept the grout incliding , mixing of materials , mixing material components quantities as per mfg instruction by weight batching grouting fill the grouting gun with material maintain desired pressure in the gun air by compreser maintion thr pressure at exit ( 3 to 4 kg / cm2 ) by monitering pressure gauge at exit ., gout the material through pre fixed nozzles in the structurel elements till its refusal . seal the nozzles with putty after the refusal , moniter leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per requirement complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using Polymer Modified mortar (PMM) of Krishna Concem or HB mortar of Dr Fixit while the bonding agent is still sticking upto 20mm thick incl levelling profile complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime concrete or lean concrete from sunken floor including floor tiles, hacking of surfaces after cleaning with wire brush (floor and adjoining walls) and disposing off debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in sunken portion, as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages : Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr.Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTE : (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

It shall have a specific gravity of 1.02 and the minimum application temperature shall be 10°C and shall have a coverage of 8-10m² /litre /coat complete all as specified and directed. Note: Item No. 01 shall not be operated for the locations of Item No. 06 (ii) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

S& F in repairs brass chromium plated curtain rod 20 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster (1:4) with 10 mm thick to be finished smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, and Recron 3 S fibre @ 0.5% of wt of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary in all type of concrete & and mortars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. Including one coat of solar reflective epoxy paint. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650 N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) Over the membrane provided a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick masonry or concrete surfaces as in parapet wall, coving of pillars in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement mixed with Recon 35 fiber @ 0.5% by weight of cement including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid 3S to be measured separately).

Taking down existing Rain Water Pipe of any description and in lieu S & F of 75 mm bore UPVC (SWR) soil, waste, ventilating pipe type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary stay clamps/laid in trenches/floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous China Ist quality squatting pan (Orissa pattern), of size 580x440 mm, white, with and including 'P' or 'S' trap, integral foot rests, lime concrete bedding inlcuding dismantling existing lime concrete bedding, unserviceable connections etc and connecting up, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal with and including rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/growth including its roots upto 1.00 m of plant height at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
