SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-VII) (Internal Road 450 mtr)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: for All kinds of soil

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density . 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate.

Supplying, stacking and Spreading 6 mm thick red bajri, watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling. With road roller/ hand roller

Brick edging laid lengthwise with half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 3 cum of stone chippings 10 mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium setting min. 65% bitumen contents) complying with IS : 8887, using 96 kg per cum of chippings of road surface, including consolidation with road roller etc complete.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Providing & Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying of cement concrete in cooping of R.R masonry retaining walls of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto floor five level.

Raised and cut pointing in stone work in white cement mortar mix of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Supplying and stacking at site 20 mm size stone aggregate as a backfill to the retaining wall.

Providing & fixing unplasticised Rigid PVC sewer pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diameter.

Centring and shuttering including , strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundation, footings bases for columns.
