Outsourcing services for operation/maintainance and documentation of 11 KV main receiving station/Sub Station at HQ 55 (I) Mech Bde Area at Beas by deploying one skilled operator (electrician) and one unskilled helper of appropriate category of industrial person for main receiving station / sub station to operate HT/ LT equipments installed in MRS / Sub Station & to attend HT / LT faults, any no light complaints as directed by JE EM / Engineer-in-Chargeat HQ 55 (I) Mech Bde round the clock in 03 Shifts, each shift of 08 hours on daily basis including Saturday, Sunday and Holiday for eleven calender months for upkeeping the installation fully functional in all respects complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services for operation and day to day maintainance of Complaint Cell (MES Service Centre E/M Beas) by deploying one skilled operator (electrician) and one unskilled helper of appropriate category of industrial person to attend HT / LT faults and attending day to day complaints of maint work of electrical fitting/fixture in Bldgs of 2 ASD Area/ Bde HQ Area/Jandiala Area as directed by JE EM / Engineer-in-Charge round the clock in 02 Shift of 08 hours on daily basis including Saturday, Sunday and Holiday for eleven calender months for upkeeping the installation/complaint Cell fully functional in all respects complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for items Serial No 01 to 08 of BOQ (i) Minimum qualification for operator shall be ITI in appropriate field with 4 years experience in same field and for helper minimum 2 years experience in same field. Contractor shall submit necessary documetns for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Obtaining security passes and police verification will be respnsiblity of contractor for manpower employed by him. (iii) Contractor shall provide all tools, thimbles, tapes roll, HT hand gloves and other safety equipemtns to tradesman required for day to day works without any extra cost. (iv) Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per exisiting rules. Provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted.

(v) Cleaning of MRS/Sub Station and surrounding area will be responsibilites of manpower employed by cotnractor and rate quoted for items shall deemed to include this provision. (vi) Necessary logbook/logsheet/complaint register/complaint slip etc will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (vii) In case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift, penalty @ Rs 1000/- shift shall be recovered from the contractor (viii) Tenderers to note that payments of wages shall be made by means of cheque only. Documentary evidence i.e Bank Account Adhaar linked transaction statement shall be produced showing payment of wages made to operators and helpers before putting the claim of payment.
