CIVIL WORKS SITE GRADING WORK

Clearing Light Jungle

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Forming Embankment using Brought out earth (97% Proctor Density) Forming embankment by transporting approved soil with required average lead of 55 Km having a CBR value of not less than 8% and minimum Dry Density not less than 1750 Kg/cum which has to be compacted properly and form a stable embankment including cost and labour for proper setting out, stripping and storing the top soil, compacting the original ground by vibratory roller of required -capacity to have a relative compaction of required proctor density, spreading the materials uniformly over the entire width of embankment including over section margin required for roller passing in layers of not exceeding 200 mm compacted thickness, breaking clods, watering with all leads for water, compacting to 97% proctor density for the soil under optimum moisture content with moisture content adjusted in the range of one percent (1%) above and two percent (2%) below the optimum moisture content determined as per IS:2720 (Part VII) with power roller/ vibrator roller rolling and using other construction equipment approved by the engineer-in-charge and finishing the embankment at 97% proctor density including compaction to specified requirement, working in narrow width of embankment including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per Standard Specification for road embankment. (The Contractor has to make his own arrangement for the required quantity of soil and cost and transportation of earth including loading and unloading, etc.) as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. .Average Lead of 35 Km

Carting out and disposing of the excess contaminated earth from the proposed site to the assigned destination any where within the factory premises including loading, unloading & levelling etc., complete in all respects as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. Conveyance of earth with an average lead of 15Km

FACTORY BUILDING

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Construction of Granular Sub - Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Grading- V of Table 400 - 1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400 - 2 of MORTH Rev.-5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transporation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler,motor grader, vibratory road rollers and all other equipments, tools and plants, safety measures, testing required including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per the standard specification as per clause 401 of MORTH Rev.-5 and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. for filling in foundation and basement.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four crushed stone sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sandand Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height) For Ground floor Upto 4.50m

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). Foundation and Basement

For Ground floor

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc. The Rate is inclusive of Providing vacuum de-watered flooring operation consisting of Vibrating the concrete by using screed vibrator, de-watering using vacuum pumps by suction method and finishing the top surface to required level and grade using skim floaters/discs/power trowels and providing fixtures wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the engineer incharge. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No seperate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) .For Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position inserts comprising edge angle, MS angles, plates, tees, flats,chequed plates and other structural steel sections, holding down bolts, anchor bolts, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc., in all cement concrete works at all levels and heights above finished floor level in foundation, trenches, pits, tunnels, lift pits etc., below finished floor level including cutting, bending to shape fabricating, drilling, threading, welding lugs etc., with all tools, tackles and labour as per design or as directed including a coat of primer of approved quality and painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour etc., all complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction and as directed by SIPCOT officers. In Cement Mortar 1:5 For foundation & basement

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification. In Cement Mortar 1:5 In Ground floor

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly Ash Bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by SIPCOT officers.. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) Ground Floor

Construction of Solid block wall using best quality of size 40 x 20 x 20 cm conforming to IS 2145 - 1945 made in C.C 1:3:6 using with cement mortar 1.5 (one cement five river sand) including curing and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Internal Emulsion Painting Work) : Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved before use on works.)

Providing & Laying Nitofloor hard top (Fosroc) floor hardner @ 4.5 kg/m2 over the green concrete surface & Finish smooth as per manufacturers specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying 300 microns thick HDPE sheet in rolls over dry lean concrete subbase. A minimum lap of 150 mm shall be provided at all junctions and wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.Finished net area will only be measured for payment.

(Control Joint) Providing grooves of size 6 mm wide and 25 mm deep on vacuum de-watering floor surface at every 20 Sqm area grooves made by groove cutting machine with diamond cutting wheel and filling of the grooves with Epoxy Polyurathene sealant Nitoseal -280 (Fosroc) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Construction Joint) Providing grooves of size 10 mm wide and 40 mm deep on vacuum de-watering floor surface at every 20 Sqm area grooves made by groove cutting machine with diamond cutting wheel and filling of the grooves with Epoxy Polyurathene sealant Nitoseal -280 (Fosroc) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing Expansion joint 12mm thick to full depth of slab with performed bituminous filler cap cell HD-100, at top 40mm primed with sealant with sealing compound grade - A all as per MORTH specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing Isolation Joint in All Around the wall 1.)Top Layer: 12.5mm thick to full depth of 25mm with PolySulphide Sealent of THILOFLEX 600 (Fosroc) 2.)Bottom Layer: 12.5mm thick to full depth of 125mm with Polyethelene Joint filler board Hydrocell XL (Fosroc) as per MORTH specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing Isolation Joint in Pillers 1.)Top Layer: 12.5mm thick to full depth of 25mm with PolySulphide Sealent of THILOFLEX 600 (Fosroc) 2.)Bottom Layer: 12.5mm thick to full depth of 125mm with Polyethelene Joint filler board Hydrocell XL (Fosroc) as per MORTH specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Office Area Flooring) Paving the floor with double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 800 x 800 x 10mm of EURO/ Kajaria or equivalent make as mentioned in the approved list of tiles of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved before use on works)

(Toilet Area Flooring )Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved before use on works)

(Office Area Skirting) Providing skirting with digital Vitrified tiles of 10mm thick EURO / kajaria or equivalent make as mentioned in the approved list, thick set in CM 1:2 for base and pointed with the same colour cement etc complete. The rate inclusive of labour charges for laying & pointing curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

( Toilet Wall Dadoing )Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOTofficers. Dadooing with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 200 x 6mm

(Granite Flooring): Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 and above of 18 / 20mm thick of Ruby red, raw silk etc., with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Staircase Thread Granite): Supplying and fixing pre polished Ruby red or equivalent colour Granite slab 18mm to 20mm thick for stair case thread with bull nose edges and 3 Nos of 5mm tk groove cutting and square bottom set in CM 1:3 20mm thick for base and pointed with the same colour cement etc complete. The rate inclusive of labour charges for laying & pointing curing etc. completecomplying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Counter Top Granite Slab): Supplying and fixing pre polished Ruby red or equivalent colour Granite slab 18mm to 20mm thick for Pantry and wash basin counter with bullnose edges are set in CM 1:3 20mm thick for base and pointed with the same colour cement etc complete. The rate inclusive of labour charges for laying & pointing curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Staircase Riser Granite): Supplying and fixing pre polished Ruby red or equivalent colour Granite slab 18mm to 20mm thick for stair case riser set in CM 1:3 20mm thick for base and pointed with the same colour cement etc complete. The rate inclusive of labour charges for laying & pointing curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Kota Flooring): Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

(Urinal Partition): Supplying and fixing of Urinal Granite partition allround polished of size 450x900x18mm/20mm thick,(shape as per architectural drg)using 2 nos ss clamps embedded in 150 x 150 PCC pocket etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level mineral fibre board false ceiling of silhouette grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in approved colour of Armstrong/AMF or approved equivalent make using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre-finished in baked polyester paint wall angle of size 3000mmx19mmx19mm used in the periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall partition / RC Column / band walls with the help of screws at 600mm C/C. Main runner spaced at a 1200mm C/C suspended by using 2mm dia G.I. wire hanger securely fixed to the structural soffit of RC slab by using 6mm anchor fastener at every 1200mm(max) and 1200mm long cross tee to be interlocked between in Main runner at 600mm C/C (max) to form a grid of 1200mmx600mm. 600mm long cross tee fixed in between 1200mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600mmx 600mm. Finally laying 19mm thick THERMATEX Antaris A/Ultima RH95 or Armstrong Ultima or approved equivalent make. The tile has a painted acoustic tissue facing and in addition to its Class A sound absorption it also should provide fire protection and the options of hygienic treatment.As a wet-felt mineral tile it has excellent physical properties, assisting handling and installation.The rate to include the making of cutouts in the required places.The laid area only will be measured for payment. Providing and fixing seamless ceiling with gypboard of 12.5 mm thick, fixed to the underside of the suspended grid formed of GI perimeter channel of size 20 x 27 x 30 mm (MF 6A) fixed along the wall by using wood screws and metal expansion rawl plugs. The GI intermediate channel of size 45 x 15 x 0.90 mm (MF7) shall be fixed to the suspended strap hanger / GI ceiling angle at intervals not more than 1220 mm. The suspended GI ceiling angle / Strap hanger is to be connected with GI soffit cleat of size 37 x 27 x 25 x 1.6 mm and it should be fixed on the PEB rafter / purlin for any available height, by using metal expansion fasteners of 12.5 mm dia. to a length of 35 mm with 6 mm dia. bolt / screw at top ends. Rate to include POP cornices elsewhere required as per the design .The GI ceiling section of size 80 x 26 x 0.5 mm (MF 5) is to be provided across the intermediate channel at intervals not more than 457 mm centres at bottom and the same shall be fixed by GI connection clips 2.64 mm dia. at the intersection points. The ends of ceiling section (MF 5) channel by adopting an overlap length of minimum 150 mm, connected with intermediate channel shall be fixed to perimeter channel in insertion. The gypboard shall be fixed to the under side of the suspended grid by using 25 mm long dry wall screws The joints shall be finished with joint paper tape by using jointing compound of India Gypboard Ltd., and applying over it 3 layers of the filler compound to provide a smooth surface. The ceiling surface shall be painted with two coats of approved first quality plastic emulsion paint, after applying a coat of primer etc. complete. The rate shall include making cutouts for tube lights, spot lights, duct doors, of specified size, grills etc. for which no extra will be paid separately. Rate shall include providing additional trimming around cutouts for light fittings, cove lighting arrangement and grills and providing additional supports from ceiling where main / cross members are cut for light fittings etc. No extra cost shall be paid for providing multilevel false ceiling, cove lighting arrangement etc. Note : Horizontal area only will be measured for payment.

Providing & fixing Carl F modular Stainless Steel railing of AISI 304 grade consisting top rail of Ø42.4x2.0 mm thk. connected with a SS bracket to the upright of Ø48.3mm x 2.6 mm wall thickness of SS tube, anchord at waist slab with Ø 115x8mm thk MS Galvanized base plate with M10x 100 anchor CSK head and infill tubes 3 Nos of SS bearing dimension 16mm dia x 1.0mm wall thickness spaced equally and bearing height of 900mm from finished floor level for staircase/1100 mm for atrium balcony and span of (C/C) max. 1500mm with all bends & installation at site as per approved drawing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing GI pipe handrails for Staircase & Ramp using 50mm dia GI pipe handrail at a height of 900mm from floor level with 25mm thick MS square rods as balusters embedded in the concrete and welded with pipe over the 25mmx4mm Flat at 30cm centre to centre and Horrizontal tie mid of the railling with 25mmx4mm flat including cutting, welding, bending and fixing charges and applying one coat of red oxide primer for MS members complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.The window should be got approved before use on work

FACTORY WINDOWS WITH FIXED CUM SLIDING WITH SINGLE GLASS HAVING SGU with SHGC < 0.35 & VLT > 50%U value less than 5.52 W/ sq m K Providing and fixing aluminium fixed cum sliding window fabricated as per drawing and fixed at all levels, elevations and heights having a main frame work of vertical and horizontals, out of specially designed approved extruded sections shall be satisfied the structural design criteria specified in the technical specification. All aluminium sections shall be 63400 (H9) grade conforming to IS 8147, finished with AC25 grade Architectural quality electrolytic colour anodic coating conforming to IS 1868 of approved colour. Rate shall include fixing the main frames into Steel member / masonry wall / RC concrete surface with necessary clamps, fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers and other fastening materials shall be in stainless steel 316 grade. The section unit weight per running meter is subjected to tolerance on the wall thickness as per IS 6977 or Equivalent BS. The sizes and dimensions are subject to slight variations and for which no extra payment will be paid.Window shutter shall be provided with Monolithic Glass of 6 mm thick Reflective coated glass on # 2 surface - ST 736 Blue of Saint Gobain make or Glacier SH 21/26 of Asahi make heat strengthened. and one shutter shall be provided with wire mesh.The Spectral value of Single glazed unit shall have SGU with SHGC < 0.35 & VLT > 50%,U value less than 5.52 W/ sq m K. All glass panes are heat strengthened and glass panels shall be fixied with special water proof cascades, Neoprene etc. complete, as directed. Necessary weather silicon sealant of Dow corning or approved equivalent make shall be provided at the junctions between wall and main frames both inside and outside. Rate shall include stainless steel safety clips to be provided on each corner of glass as an additional safety to avoid breakage of corner of the glass and also to be provided with EPDM / Neoprene triple barrier, extruded Reddiprone weather strip to ensure water and air tightness and shall include providing necessary hardwares, concealed locks and Handle etc. Client/Engineer reserves right to change shape / size of windows during execution phase as per the requirement. All clamps and brackets shall be Mild Steel Hot dip galvanized minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS: 4759-1996. The Expansion joint must be properly sealed all around with weather sealant to make it water tight.The spandrel area shall have 1mm thk pure polyester powder coated G.I.sheet or 2mm thick pure polyester powder coated aluminium sheet tray at a minimum distance of 50 mm from inner face of glass. Provision shall be made to accommodate mineral wool smoke – cum – fire stop in this area as per drawings enclosed.The rates shall include providing and fixing of smoke stop in spandrel Glazing Area of the curtain wall with 1 mm thick G.I. sheet brackets fabricated in a tray form duly filled with 50 mm thick Resin Bonded fiber glass slab of density 48 kg/cum with black non woven fiber glass tissue (BGT) facing on one side.Gaps up to 10mm between the peripheral aluminum member and masonry/R.C.C./Stone shall be sealed by inserting Backer Rod and weather silicon; and the peripheral gaps between the edge Mullions. Wherever the gaps are expected to be more than 10 mm, shall be sealed by providing and fixing of 2mm thick aluminium sheet flashings bent to required profile as per approved design duly Pure Polyester powder coated to 50 Micron thickness in approved colour / anodised to 22 microns.Flashing shall be provided at Soffit Level and Sill Level made out of 1.5 mm thick Aluminium Sheet, Pure Polyester Powder Coated to 50-60 microns thickness / anodised to 22 microns in approved colour, bent to required profile and shape to seal the Soffit and sill. Detailed drawing of this flashing to be submitted by the Glazing contractor for the approval of the Architect including providing and application of silicon sealant at both edges of the flashing.Adequate arrangement should be made for smoke seal & fire sealing as per the recommendations of architect/Client. Nothingextra will be paid for the smoke sealing & fire sealing.Warranty for structural silicone adhesion shall be got approved from the architect / engineer in charge to cover all risks against any failure of glass for a period of 10 years and shall be submitted to the architect / engineer in charge on completion of the works.The bidder will ensure that the ACP shall be fixed in such a manner that no deflection is visible on the external face. The Periphery packing shall be provided with continuos PVC fillet of forex plastic or appropriate EPDM profiles and / or including providing and fixing of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet flashing bent to required profile as per approved design. The periphery of the ACP shall be sealed with silicon weather sealant to make the cladding watertight . Cost of aluminium composite panel consisting of a core of Polyethylene sandwiched between two aluminium skins of 0.5mm thickness with a mild edge, 4 mm total thickness with surface finish of fluocarbon protective colour coating as approved by the Architect, as shown in the elevation, plan and cross section drawings alongwith labour element for cutting stacking, carrying to heights and fixing to appropriate locations is included in the rates. The fixing of the panels shall be designed in such a way that they come in plane with the glass panels. All the vertical and horizontal section grooves are to be sealed with weather silicon (" Elastosil-355 Non Staining Sealant " or equivalent approved make) to make the entire system synchronize with the basic curtain wall structure and also make the system airtight and watertight. The fixing details should be got approved by the Architect. The peel off foil should be removed at the time of handing over as may be required by the Site-In-Charge or Architect. Only surface area of aluminium composite panel alongwith its groove shall be measured for payment. Nothing extra will be given for the wastage in ACP or variation in depth of brackets. Cladding to vertical Wall surfaces, jambs, soffits, cills, Columns / Beams or other areas as called for supporting frame with structural sealant to ensure absolute water tightness etc. to the satisfaction of Project Manager. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). Foundation and Basement

For Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position inserts comprising edge angle, MS angles, plates, tees, flats,chequed plates and other structural steel sections, holding down bolts, anchor bolts, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc., in all cement concrete works at all levels and heights above finished floor level in foundation, trenches, pits, tunnels, lift pits etc., below finished floor level including cutting, bending to shape fabricating, drilling, threading, welding lugs etc., with all tools, tackles and labour as per design or as directed including a coat of primer of approved quality and painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour etc., all complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved before use on work

In Ground floor

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x6mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided incase of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers

FENCING Providing,fabricating and fixing in position 2” dia galvanized iron B class pipes with one end sealed with all the necessary slits,holes etc. and lugs and supply, stretch and fix in position super PVC heavy mil coated chain link mesh of size 50mm x 50mm x 8 Gauge wire 1.80M high fixed to the pipes with 40 x 6mm GI flat and 8mm GI bolts and nuts with 3 numbers 8 gauge longitudinal wires through the mesh, fixed in including cement concrete M 15 500 x 500 x 600 deep including necessary excavation ,mudmatt etc.all as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing Zinc alloy and aluminium (ZAL)combination Concertina fencing metallic coated by hot dip process and pre painted by the coil coating process for the fence comprising of 610mm dia (150 MM C/C) helix concertina wire along with three strands of ZAL on the tubular frame work and drilling of three nos holes of 3/8" dia by Gas cutting on each tube . The three straight strands of ZAL should be fixed to these tubes after applying the required tension by the tensioner Machine and fixed by box clipping so that these wires retain the tension. The helix of the ZAL is to be fixed in such a manner that it touches all the wires passing along the arms of the tube with minimum 8 spirals per running meter of fence , thus circumscribing the tube with equal clip to clip spacing "C" clipping is to be done at one meter intervals for fixing the coils to the individual strands with minium three 'U" clippings at each joint of two corresponding coils., all complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. ( Length of the compound wall will be measured for payment)

Provide expansion joints at distance as specified in the drawing at junctions of vertical faces of walls with 20 mm thick Thermocole - TF variety including keeping in position during concreting as per specification. The top and bottom / both sides of wall vertical face of expansion joint shall be treated with 20 mm deep Silicon sealant of Dow Corning or approved equivalent make and as per Manufacturers Specification etc. all complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position inserts comprising edge angle, MS angles, plates, tees, flats,chequed plates and other structural steel sections, holding down bolts, anchor bolts, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc., in all cement concrete works at all levels and heights above finished floor level in foundation, trenches, pits, tunnels, lift pits etc., below finished floor level including cutting, bending to shape fabricating, drilling, threading, welding lugs etc., with all tools, tackles and labour as per design or as directed including a coat of primer of approved quality and painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour etc., all completeas per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Plastering internal and external with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved before use on works.)

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided incase of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by SIPCOT officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

SHUTTERING WORKS Providing centering & shuttering including strutting and propping (Cuplock system) etc. and removal of formwork at all floors, depths, heights and shapes. with Approved Marine plywood of adequate thickness or as approved by Project Manager / structural consultant.The surface of concrete should be smooth and free from honey combing after Deshuttering. Also if required the concrete surface joints have to be grinded for giving fair finish. Each plywood usage to be not more than 5 times. For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Water proofing to the sump as per Gillaners Arbuthnot specification. Treatment on PCC levelling course below raft slab , junctions of columns & rafts, junctions of retaining wall and raft slab, under ground sump, etc covering the following sequence of operation: a) Providing, supplying, mixing, laying cement concrete slurry 20 mm thick with cement concrete slurry 1:2:4 using 6mm & down grade course graded aggregate admixed with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 (normal setting integral water proofing compound) or approved equivalent conforming to IS at the rate specified by the manufacturer over PCC levelling course at any depth & height. b) Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like TAPECRETE or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation above. c) Final coat of cement concrete slurry as per operation specified in point (a) above over the coated surface of operation specified in point (b) above, all complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

STP Tank Lining: Provide & apply Nitocote ET 402 a Solvent free epoxy tar based high performance resin coating over the complete floor, wall and overhead surface. The product shall be supplied as a two-component system comprising a special blend of epoxy resins and a low viscosity amine hardener. Specifically designed to provide a tough, Impermeable, and abrasion resistant lining that shall be applied in two coats on internal wall faces at a thickness of 400 micron dry film thickness (200 micron wft per coat) of Sewage Treatment Plant tank, as per Fosroc specification and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.
