Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing 75cm wide and 165cm deep (clear) including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements, Reflective tapes wherever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements wherever necessary, all lead, lift, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete. (Including Bailing Out of Water.)

Dismantling the brickwork, PCC, RCC inside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occur of any thickness and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hinderence to the cable laying work including lead, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with filling Sand in layers well rammed, watered and compacted as per standard specification including cost of all materials, lead, labour, etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth is suitable in layers well consolidated as per standard spcification in trenchless including in all labour lead & lift etc.,complete as per the direction of Engineer at site.

Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris than and there and as soon as immediately to avoid any hinderance to normal flow of traffic and publicf beyond a distance of 5km from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer at site including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm using HBG (MB) including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour, etc., complete and as per std.specification.

Supplying and laying 200mm dia PVC pipe 6 kgf/Sq.cm.including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and laying 110mm dia PVC pipe 6 kgf/Sq.cm including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and Laying RCC cover slab of size 500x600x50mm encraved as 230 kV, including labour for loading, unloading, stenciling the cable route details and placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.

Casting & placing of RCC offset slab of size 750 x750 x 60 mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement, piling, shuttering, curing, transport from castingpiling, shuttering, curing, transport from casting yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 110 KV cable route as directed by the Engineer incharge with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materilas, labour, lessd, lift, etc., including 2 coats of flouresecent paint.

Providing, Fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement including cost of cutting, bending, tying, including cost of binding wire etc complete.

Providing Joint Chamber of size 15x4x 1.90m Clear with Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm BG metal 20cm thick bottom slab and side walls.The flooring is 150 mm thick sand filling, Plain Cement Concrete 150 mm and R.C.C. 200 mm thick bottom slab and dwarf Wall in Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 using stock bricks II nd sort table moulded chamber burnt for joint chamber as per drawing. The Joint Chamber should be filled with filling sand for the entire depth and covered with 2 layers of R.C.C. Cover slab after stenciling.

Supplying and Laying of wooden platform for public convenience to cross over the trench including cost of all transportation making and placing wherever required, Labour lead and lift etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer at site.

Providing Shoring and Strutting using necessary Country Wooden Planks 40mm thick and 8cm to 10cm dia. Casurina,vertical posts at every 300mm C/C of 1.80m height duly anchored 300mm into the ground for firm support including placing and making the two rows of planks of top and bottom and one middle row of casurina with strutt arrangements at top so as to afford easy laying as cables. The rate shall also include necessary storage charges for the casurina and Country Wooden Planks at suitable place so as not to affect the traffic and movement of public transporting them to work spot lead lift besides the cost of materials etc., complete. ( Any other improved method of shoring and strutting is also accelptable to TANTRANSCO. But at no extra cost to TANTRANSCO )

Supply and fixing in position MS Angles (75 X 75 X 6mm) of required size poles of chain link mesh fencing and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make, colour and shade over a coat of red oxide including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work .

Supplying and fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (12x14 gauge TATA make Wiron Aayush brand with blue coloured tint) weighing 12.62 Kg/ 100 metre, Straining and fixing to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapples or steel pins, etc., as directed ( Posts and struts of wood, concrete, steel, etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for separately).

Hot dipped Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh of 8 Gauge ( 4 mm ) fencing in accordance with IS 2721 - 1979 - PVC coated - 3"X3" with size of the mesh 76.2x76.2mm, size width of the chain link 2000mm with medium class zinc coated after weaving. To be fixed to the post at the top and bottom of the fence by welding/ fixing 40x4mm MS flat on top and bottom both sides all through its length including cost and conveyace of all materials, labour charges, leads & lifts etc., for finished item of work as approved and directed by the Engineer-in charge at site.(excluding cost of MS Angles)

Plastering with CM (1:5), 12 mm thick to the even wall surfaces including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts , scaffolding and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Trenchless cutting - Horizontal Directional Drilling

Supplying and laying of HDPE pipe of 250 mm dia wall thickness 10mm with spigot and socket end by trench less method 2.5m to 3m below the ground level without affecting any highway installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method tying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends by end cover etc. complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site.All the tools and plants ie machinery , labour , and materials are to be provided by the contractor( tenderer )
