Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor by applying (a) 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC over (b) Application of cement slurry mixed with and including acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating in two layers as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Over and above and including this 200 micron thick polymer film should be pasted with the help of adhesive after treatment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for double charge vitrified ceramic tiles 8mm to 9mm thick (square/rectangle), polished, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors, skirtings, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed, coloured ceramic tiles in verticle surface of size 300mm x 600mm x 7mm to 8mm thick set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix powder coated Aluminium sliding windows three track with two glass shutters using and including 5 mm thick glass tinted Modi guard and one shutter with and including stainless steel wire gauge wire cloth 0.31mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.61mm, using Aluminium powder coated section, Aluminium cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle lock rubber beading, etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Fix in repair GI pipe 40 mm bracket for fixing of bldg secuirity light GI pipe bracket bent to shape drilled welded made out of light grade GI Pipe 40 mm bore 2.0 Metre long alongwith nut, bolt , washer and strip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvansied steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metre below ground level earth plate connected with 4 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and wahers of galavanised iron all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch part I and testing on completion.
