Taking down cement plaster in any description on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints. hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in lime mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces cleaning and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class'B' fly-ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius buit in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as a specified and as directed.

M & L for half brick with sub class 'B' fly-ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rain water pipe ( any size or pattern ) incl all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan neeks etc and stacking aside for reuse or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm dia cast iron rain water socketed pipes with ears conforming to IS:1230-1979, with cement joints and fixed complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: MS clamps shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- but 0.50 mm thick coloured plain galvalume sheet as in ridge/valley gutter of roof.

S&F 0.56 mm thick plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4 as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and staight flashing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete, Type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded Stone aggregate), 25 mm thick as in roof padding mixed with water proofing compound and the concrete surfaces is to be finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge . (NOTE: WPC Shall be measured & paid separately)

M & L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with following specification and manufacturer Instruction complete all as specified as directed:- (a) Applying bitumen primer conferming to IS-3384-1986 over the cleaned plaster surfaces as per IS-3067-1966. (b) Providing a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kilogram per sqm (reinforced with polyster non oven fabric weighing not less than 160 Gmss per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (c) applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm Over APP based Polymeric membrane.

M&L for structural steel work Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rials and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L mild steel in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L For Up rooting of tree from walls of bldgs up to extended root and spraying of acid of required quantity complete from any location of bldg up to one storey and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

S& F in repair 50 mm thick Precast RCC Jali 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old RCC Jali all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) finished fair and even, as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick P.C.C. (1:3:6) type ‘C2’ using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection , foot path etc finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mmX300mmX10mm thick high traffic paver tiles (coloured) joint free, conforming to IS-4457:2007, as in floor of and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surface laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : JOHNSON, Model: ENDURA or equivalent model in other approved makes specified in tender.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing broken tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick P.C.C 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub-floor, sub base etc , finishing the surfaces of concrete even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, fixed over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 as backing layer and pointed in white or colured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.
