Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth- (a) Kassi work undressed involving and average horizontal throw upto 2 mtrs. And average vertical lift upto 0.50 mtr including breaking of clods. (HSR 6.2-a)

Dismantling of existing CC block pavement including transporting and stacking usable block along road side and dispose unusable blocks outside PWD land or desired by Engineer (NS)

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. (HSR 6.6)

Cement concrete 1:6:12 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.32)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size in foundation & plinth. (HSR 10.39)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.41)

Cement Concrete 1:1:1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level. (HSR 10.60)

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in slabs with with inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal, excluding steel reinforcement, but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respect. First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation plinth. (HSR 11.4)

Brick on edge or tile flooring laid in cement sand mortar1:4 on 75mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100mm sand filling and cement pointing 1:2 on top. (HSR 14.23)

12 mm Thick Cement Plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall. (HSR 15.5)

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick and tile work.(HSR 15.60)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500/EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate or RCC including straightening, bending, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.(HSR 18.22)

Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 40mm depth in single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @200-300 sqm area per Hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the truck i/c hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant or reclaiming to bring to required specification to reuse with the approval of Engineer-in-Charge for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III & VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing & laying 225/75mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Providing and laying 100 mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC: SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-50 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.160)

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast cement concrete rectangular block (0.45 M x 0.30 M x 0.15 M ) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 320 Kg/ per cum with digital batching plant duly compacted with table vibration including setting in position over bed prepared with 25mm thick fine sand and filling up the joints with fine sand (NS).

Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section -5. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Providing & fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 m x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI sheet 16 gauge connected/ welded with 5 mm thick steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the Drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Recovery items:- The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- i) Bituminous Material @ Rs. 1454/- Per Cum Note:- All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
