Design, supplying,installing,testing and commissioning of 150 KVAR Automatic power factor corrector (APFC) suitable size factory made, cubical compartmentalized for each stage , outdoor type,IP 54 degree protection,dust, vermin and wheather proof,made out of CRCA MS sheet of 3.15mm thickness, front openable with locking arrengment,fixed on 50x50x6mm angle iron 4 leg frame structure having 40 cm ground clearance,duly grouted in PCC (1:2:4) complete panel powder coated with seven tank prosses from in side and out side, duly prewired with suitable size FRLS PVC insuleted copper conductor wire for capacitor stages,metering & controll accessories,earthing straps for connecting earth strips, cable entry from bottom and comprising the following :- (a) Bas Bar system- aluminium busbars of size 40x10mm for phases and 40mmx05mm for neutral duly provided with colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. M&L in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminum Stranded Conductor 630 sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 complete laid in trenches / floors / fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH Line and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and provn of cable covers / protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.
