REPAIR/ MAINT OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTED FANS, GEYSERS, SOLAR WATER HEATERS AND CONNECTED WKS UNDER GE SAUGOR

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan/ Air circulater fan inducling disconnection of electric connection any size/sweep/make from it's position, any height & in any location with in the AOR of AGE E/M Saugor for its repair and refix in the same location after repair including making electric connection & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note (i) Daily compliant of unserviceable fan shall be collected by the Contractor from office of AGE E/M Saugor in writing and shall ensure rectification of defect within 3 working days failing which a penalty @Rs. 50.00 per day/per fan shall lavied to the Contractor. (ii) If any article found un-repairable or con't be repaired at site shall be returned to AGE E/M Store yard before the due date of rectification. (iii) The cost for Material and lobour for replacement of minor items i.e. steel pin, oil grease, washer etc required for smooth function is deemed included in quoted unit rate. (iv) The cost for Material and labour for replacement of defective part (s) other than those mentioned in Note No 1 above shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective items here-in-after. (v) Rewinded fans shall be tested for minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before depositing to the store yard. (vi) Any items/spare part/material other than those considered under this contract and required smooth functioning of article shall be provided by the Contractor and cost of the same shall deemed included in quote unit rate. (vii) Contractor shall maintain the record of repaird fan, consumed spare parts (article wise) in a pakka bound register duly certified from AGE E/M/ JE E/M. The measurement shall be recorded in MB for payment purpose. (viii) Purchase voucher of consumed spared parts shall be produced by the Contractor. Engineer-in-Charge shall enter the same in MB and kept in record duly defaced.

Collecting defective ceiling/exhaust fan/wall mounting fan/ air circulator fan from the store yard of AGE E/M Saugor for repair, transport to and fro up to the workshop and return/deposit back to AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 2.00 (i) Article shall be issued to the Contractor time to time (as per requirement) through NIV and received back through NRVshowing individual period of repair and return. If the Contractor fails to return the repaired fan within specified time, a penalty of Rs. 50.00 per day/per fan shall be lavied. (ii) The cost for Material and labour for replacement of defective part (s) shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective items here-in-after. (iii) Any items/spare part/material other than those considered under the contract required to make the article serviceable and smooth functioning shall be provided by the Contractor and cost of the same shall deemed included in quote unit rate. (iv) If any article found unreplaceable shall returned to AGE E/M Store yard before the due date of rectification. (v) Contractor shall maintain the record of repaird fan, spare parts provide (article wise) in a pakka bound register duly certified from AGE E/M/JE E/M and shall be recorded in MB for payment purpose. (vi) Purchase voucher of consumed spared parts shall be produced by the Contractor. Engineer-in-Charge shall enter the same in MB and kept in record duly defaced.

S&F in repair following spare parts of ceiling/exhaust fan/wall mounting fan/ air circulator fan, replacement of defective parts of unserviceable ceiling fan/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Bearing as per existing size and make suitable for ceiling fan.

Repairing of fan shaft by filling metal cutting by machine,grinding polishing complete and making good adequately for any ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for writing Nos or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) such as "MES No …." with synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) of tint black/white on fan/exhaust fan, not less than 10mm in height complete all as specified and directed.

Rubber insulator reel type suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size.

PVC flexible 3 core copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm round in shape including electric connection.

PVC flexible round 3 core cable with copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm including electric connection.

Hanging clamp with nut/bolt and rubber bush suitable for ceiling fan of any make and required size.

Down rod of ceiling fan made of GI pipe light grade 15mm dia (200mm to 900mm long) duly drill/cut on both ends.

Fan blade set (set of three) made out of aluminium suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan, as per existing size, gauge and make including balancing of body structure for free rotation. Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit.)

Rewinding of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall mounting fan/ air circulator fan with super enamelled copper wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve the desired RPM including strip opening, removed the burnt out winding wire, cleaning, reassembing after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Testing shall be doen for 24 hours continues running in MES store yard.

All as per item No 3.20 above but rewinding of exhaust fan of 250 to 300mm sweep.

All as per item No 3.20 above but rewinding of exhaust fan of 400mm sweep.

M&L single coat painting of celing fan of any size/sweep with 1st grade quality premium high gloss enamel paint by spraying, filling cavites with filler including necessary preparation of surface duly demarking fan Nos by black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.23 above but exhaust fan.

Fan blade assembly with necessary MS screws & washers , as per existing size, gauge and make of . Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit.)

S&F in repair exhaust fan made of study Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz,RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300MM complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable exhaust fan shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard.

All as per item No 9 above but plastic body exhaust fan of size 250mm sweep.

S&F exhaust fan, Metal body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable exhaust fan shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard.

All as per item No 11 above but metal body exhaust fan of 450mm sweep.

S&F Wall mounted fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 400 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable Wall mounted fan shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard.

Supply & fix, testing and commissioning of heavy duty exhaust fan motor only 230 V, single phase AC suitable for 200/250mm PVC body exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix, testing and commissioning of heavy duty wall mounted fan motor only 230 V, single phase AC suitable for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs AC three phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 3X240V, 50Hz, with backlit LCD display of rating 10-60A. Note:- Old unserviceable energy meter shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard.
