   Railway reserves the right to place order on past proven sources for the tendered item or Wagon item with this Railway/ other Zonal Railways/ Production Unit or Government Organizations. Firm should submit documentary evidence like PO Copies, R/Note, and Inspection Certificate etc. along with their offer in support of their credentials/past satisfactory performance. Non submission of such vital documents may be taken as their not having any such past performance

   FOR: Destination. Firm are advised to quote with delivery term FOR Destination. If firm will offer with delivery term FOR ex-Works and delivery by Road/Rail then firm shall dispatch the stores in such a way that it shall reach the ultimate consignee before terminal date of delivery mentioned in the contract. In such cases merely the dispatch of material within contractual delivery period does not mean that the firm has supplied the material within contractual delivery period but it shall reach to ultimate consignee on or before contractual delivery period as date of supply of material.

   1. Purchase Preference to MSEs:- Micro and Small Enterprises firms registered with DICs/KVIC/KVI Board/Coir Board/NSIC/Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom /Any other body specified by Ministry of MSME may please refer the attached documents. Such firms who are interested in availing themselves of these benefits will enclose with their offer the proof of the fact that they are registered for tendered item with any of these agencies as mentioned in the notification no.503 dated-23-03-2012, as printed in the Gazette of India. MSE firm shall upload there MSE certificate along with offer to get the price preference available to MSEs. In absence of same if the case is decided by considering firm as non MSE firm, the onus or responsibility will be of firm. 2. If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise (in percent of order value) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields; Micro owned by SC, Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by Others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST, Small industry owned by Others) .

I/We hereby certify that no other sister concerns or affiliates (such as having common partner/ director/ promoter/owner/ holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices. We understand that the offers of all such sister concern including ours are liable to be rejected as per the relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions. I/We affirm that we shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest [Para 2502 (e)], anti competitive practices [Para 2502 (c)] and obligation to proactive disclosures [Para2503], I/We understand that we are fully responsible for the above declaration and it shall not be the Railway responsibility to verify the same. I/We are aware that we shall be liable for all consequences or violation of Code of integrity, if detected, at any stage.
