Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tender will not be Considered

All tendrers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3 : Form of tender and qualification information. Tenderers are advised to note the minimum qualification criteria specified in class 3 of instruction to Tenderers to qualify for award of the contract .

Tenders must be accompanied by earnest money deposit specified for the work. Earnest money deposit shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender.

Sub-Leasing/G.P.A of Work is Prohibited.

Contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure only ISI mark materials and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority, before execution.

The employer reserved the right to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason

One percent Bill Amount of the Successful Tenderer will be deducted as Labour cess

Contractors who have not completed the works in time in this division will not be entitled to Bid and if participated it will not be considered .

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.

Performance Security: with in 20 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer a security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of the contract price.(as per section 24.1)

The Contractor Should submit the Income tax Registration certificate and Clearance Certificate of income tax and Sales Tax of Previous year from Concerned department

Tenders must be accompanied by additional SECURITY DEPOSIT(At the time of agreement) in Form of BANKERS CHECK/DD/ PAYORDER in favour of EE MI Division Payable at Tumkur to an amount equal to difference in cost of tender amount, if quoted below the amount put to tender.

Bidders shall upload scanned copy of original tender documents only. Xerox copies attested by Notary are not accepted. Such tenders are liable for rejection.

1.Should have surveying experience and preparation of detailed Project Report For Irrigation as one of the main activities of the company.2.Should have at least one Civil Engineers(Graduate) in the rolls of the Firm 3.Should own licensed CAD Software for Data Processing & Map Production.4.Should own at least One licensed E Surveying Solutions Software for Data Processing & Map Production. 5.Should have own large format plotter for preparing Outputs

The Company/Firm should have successfully completed preparation of Detailed project report in irrigation structures, Copies of Work Order and Completion Certificate for the same has to be furnished.

The Bidder shall quote Rates WITHOUT adding GST
