Ttaking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls ,RCC surface, ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finishing surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour for efflorescence treatment to walls complete in all respect with following treatment/procedure :- (a) Taking down existing plaster, washing/rubbing down loose particles from wall surfaces. Rinse the surface with clean water and pointing the joints in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (b) The bricks so pointed shall be cleaned of all dust or deposit using brush and applying two coats of smartcare damp proof coating 2K of make Asian paints or equivalent in berger Paints/Nerolac paints as per instructions of manufacturers. (c) Thereafter 15mm thick cement plaster in cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturers instructions shall be done over the treated surface as directed by Engineer-incharge. Note :(i) The complete item shall be got executed through the authorised applicator of manufacturer only all as directed by Engr-in-charge.(ii) Applicator shall be got approved from GE in writing before execution of work.
