PART (A) CIVIL WORKS

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 Kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per Sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per Sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :

Providing, Fabrication and Fixing of 30 mm False ceiling PUF(polyurethane foam ) insulated thick Panel with Prepainted Galvanised Ironsheet both sides in 40±2 Kg Density The PU panel shall be CFC( Chlorofluorocarbon)free and Zero Ozone depleting panel using N Pantane blowing agent & made out of continuous line running on uninterrupted power supply. Panel shall have pre coated GI sheet on both side of Polyurethane Foam confirming to IS 12436:1988. The pre coated sheet shall be of minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995 and shall have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS : 277 : 1992, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation. The panels shall be joined together by tongue and groove joints. The PU Foam shall be self-extinguishing, fire retardant type having minimum density of 40 Kg/Cu.mt (+, -2 Kgs). The Panel shall be suspended from Room ceiling & the cost for the same shall be included in the rates. Work to be perfact line & level.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SUB-HEAD IV:- LIGHTING FIXTURE AND FANS

Supllying, Installation, Testing & commisioning of following type LED Surface / Reccesed mounted light fixture complete with PDC Aluminium housing for enhances heat dissipation along with driver with safety protections, PF>0.95 and should give minimum 120 lumens/Watt. Fixtures should be certified for mimimum of 70% lumens maintenance till 50,000 burning hours of usage, CRI ≥ 80, CCT should be 5700-6000 Kelvin or as specified by the architect in all aspects.
