Construction of Overhead Tank: Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial Run of R.C.C. Overhead Tank (OHT) of 0.45 ML capacity on 15.00 m staging height with suitable pile foundation, including container with roof slab, staging columns and bracings, inlet/outlet/overflow and scour pipe arrangements with valves and specials, ancillary units, lightning conductor, staircase, walkways and passages with G.I. railings for inspection and maintenance, provision of manholes with covers, ventilators and suitable water level indicator, finishing, water-tightness test and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Sagolband Bijoygovinda.

Construction of RCC Emergency Reservoir and pumphouse: Design, Drawing and Construction of R.C.C. Emergency Reservoir of capacity 0.20 ML with R.C.C. slab roofing, including inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe connections with all necessary specials and fittings, provision of manholes with covers, air vents, internal access arrangements, installation of disinfection dosing unit and suitable water level indicator, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water-tightness test, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Sagolband Bijoygovinda site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, Laying of DI feeder mains with DI K7 pipe conforming to IS 12288:2002 specifications including excavation, sand bedding, jointing, backfilling, transporting and necessary road restoration works including providing and laying of DI/CI fittings (specials) and suitable DI/CI valves as per relevant IS codes and construction of masonry chambers including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves and disinfection of all pipes, trial run and commissioning etc. complete. Providing, Laying of DI distribution network with DI K7 pipe conforming to IS 12288:2002 specifications including excavation, sand bedding, jointing, backfilling, transporting and necessary road restoration works including providing and laying of DI/CI fittings (specials) and suitable DI/CI valves as per relevant IS codes and construction of masonry chambers including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves and disinfection of all pipes, trial run and commissioning etc. complete. Providing/Supplying, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pumpsets (Worthington/ Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.45 ML in one and half hours with motors (one working and one standby) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, valves, cost of jointing, and other materials complete including trial run and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. i) 2 (two) number at Sagolband Bijoy Govinda ii) 2 (two) number at Sagolband Tera Total 4 (four) numbers

Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Energisation of 100 KVA transformer including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines for providing power supply of adequate capacity to operate pumping machineries for the Scheme/Intake, including erection of poles, power cables and other necessary fittings, internal and external lighting, testing with submission of all test reports, civil foundation, earthing, cabling, and allied accessories, with necessary tying up with the Electricity Department for all technical and mandatory requirements/formalities for installation and energisation of transformers and HT/LT lines, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured conforming to Energy Efficiency Level–2 at basic insulation level as per IS:2026 (Part I & II) with latest amendments and IS:1180 (Part I–2014) with latest amendments, fitted with On-Load Tap Changer (OCTC), initial filling of oil conforming to IS:335–1993, and all necessary fittings and protection devices. i) 1 (one) number at Sagolband Bijoy Govinda ii) 1 (one) number at Sagolband Tera Total 2 (two) numbers

Operation and Maintenance of the Scheme for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turnkey basis: Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures created under the work, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, distribution and feeder mains, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, specials, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
