Dismantling of Roof tiles & it's Stacking: a) Removing of Mangalore tiles including labour, Hire charges of Machinery and stacking of material within 50 meter lead.

b) Carriage of unbrocken and good tiles by mechanical means including loading, unloading and stacking of materials up to 1 Km lead.

c) Carriage of brocken and it's disposal by mechanical means including loading, unloading of materials to a lead of 2 km.

Providing and crack filling of roof terrace by making V-Shaped groove of 25mm wide and 25mm deep for the existing cracks and cleaning the groove by high pressure water jet/wire brush or by mechanical means to remove all the loose particles,dust, fungus etc. including cost of material, labour,complete as per specification and filling the groove with 1 part of flexible sealant using SIKA flex construction+ of SIKA brand or equivalent complete as per the instruction of EIC.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 4 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147 and providing and applying one coat of bitumen based brush waterproof coating over the APP membrane. Note: The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. APP Membrane 4mm Thick: Sika WP Shield-104 P or equivalent.
