Dismantling self starter assembly from DG set of capactiy 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA and taking down unserviceable spares and supply & fixing new carbon brushes, armature starter drive assembly, pinion, solenoid switch, spindles, brush holder, contact sets, housing bush bimetal, killi kit, starter brush holder, gaskets including testing complete all as directed.

All as per srl item No.92 here in before but DG set of capacity 200 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as directed.

Dismantling alternator assembly from DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA and taking down unserviceable spares and supply & fixing new main alternator assembly, coupling disc, exciter rotor, frame to end bracket adaptor ring, rotor assembly, stator assembly, fans, bearings, diode bridge assembly, gaskets including testing complete all as directed.

All as per item No.94 here in before but DG set of capacity 200 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as directed.

Dismantling FIP assembly from DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA and taking down unserviceable spares and supply & fixing new plunger assembly, governor assembly, lever assembly, pump assembly, camplate, cam shaft, tappet roller, delivery valve, inlet valve, injector pin, gaskets, oilseal including calibration and testing complete all as directed.
