Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Sewage Collection Sump and Pumping Station of BARC Hospital in 3 Shifts for 24x7x365 days including Saturday, Sunday, Holidays & National Holidays i.e. Supplying & Deputing (i) 01 Operator, 01 Helpers/Cleaners in each shift round the clock i.e. 3 shifts in a day ( 6 days in a week & 1 day weekly off) etc. including / additional (ii) 01 Reliever of Operator who will relieve the operators on their weekly off in alternate day (3 days) and will come 3 days in general shift ( Total 6 days in a week) (iii) 01 Reliever of Helpers/Cleaners who will relieve the Helpers/Cleaners on their weekly off in alternate day (3 days) and will come 3 days in general shift (Total 6 days in a week) (iv) 01 Supervisor in general shift (Total 6 days in a week) who will supervise, record & monitor the attendence of Operators, Helpers/Cleaners, Relivers etc. and records the operation details & performance of pump, screens, air blower, aeration grid system, routine check-ups, do’s and do not’s etc. as directed by the EIC throughout the year including night, monsoon period, holidays & national holidays etc. The contractor should thoroughly understood the O&M of Pump & Pumping Station including the supply of lubricant, oil periodically as & when required including providing the required PPE & required dress to theworker as per the direction of EIC & his approved. The rates shall be including the cost of Minimum Daily Wages of the Workers including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Facility, Accidental Insurance Cover, Medical Insurances, Applicable Taxes, Cess, GST etc. Payment of this Item will be made/paid based up on the produced document of online salary transfer to the bank account of the labours. Note:- Following points shall be considered before financial quoting: 1(a).Contractor should visit the site and go through the details of Item before quoting the rate for this Item. 1(b).Contractor should note that they will have to Operate & Maintain the Sewage Sump & Pumping Station as per the Department Issued SOP.1(c).Contractor will have to record the details of (i)Operations of Pumps, (ii)Screens, (iii)Air blower, (iv)Aeration grid system etc. as per Approved Departmrntal SOP & as directed by the EIC including providing & supplying of log books as approved by EIC. 1(d).Contractor will have to keep the Sump & Pumping Station neat & clean by proper house keeping regularly as per approved SOP & as directed by the EIC. Necessary cleaning tools like scrapers, spade, bowel-pan, brooms, dustpan, mop, hand glooves, gumboots, raincoat & umbrella during monsoon etc. will have to be provided by the contractor.1(e).Contractor shall have to make the necessary arrangements for regular disposal of Screen Segregated Materials to a designated place as directed by the EIC and periodic disposal of the same once in a month as per the Item No. 10 of this Schedule-B. Necessary cleaning tools like scrapers, spade, bowel-pan, brooms, dustpan, mop, hand glooves, gumboots, raincoat & umbrella during monsoon etc. will have to be provided by the contractor.

1(f).Payment of this Item will be paid by-monthly/quarterly based up on the produced document of online salary transfer to the bank account of Operators, Helpers/Cleaners, Relievers & Supervisor including successful payment/transfer of their contribution of EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Facility, Accidental Insurance Cover, Medical Insurances, Applicable Taxes, Cess, GST & OT etc. 1(h).Contractor shall have to provide soap, detergent, night stay gears to the Operators, Helpers/Cleaners, Relievers & Supervisor.

Providing and Supplying ANAEROBIC BIOCULTURE-AGTSVel of M/s AGTS (Non-Genetically Modified Microbes) including the cost of packaging, transportation, loading & unloading, stacking the packages in a specified mannaer at godown and technical support for utilization, i.e. spreading the bioculture in sewage sump periodically etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CLEANING OF SEWAGE COLLECTION SUMP: Cleaning of Sewage Collection Sump / RCC septic tank / Hume Pipe Septic Tank of various size by Hiring / Arranging Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Vehicles. The rates are inclusive of removing silt, muck, solid material by pumping out to the BMC vehicle / tank etc. and disposing the same by mechanical transport beyond 3-4 km lead and complete all as directed by EIC. Note: Measurement will be as per Sewage Collection Tank / Septic Tank dimensions and solid waste depth will be measured for payment. The contractor should provide the required biodegradable plastic bags, cleaning tools, hand gloves, PPE to the workers.

CLEANING OF INSPECTION CHAMBERS, MANHOLES OF SEWAGE LINE: Cleaning of Sewage Manholes / Inspection Chambers of hospital facilities, kitchen, labs, canteen, toilets, sewage line etc. carefully by mechanical means or with sewage cleaning tools complete all as directed by EIC. Pipe in between chambers will be measured seperately. The rates are inclusive of removing muck, solids and disposing the same beyond 2 km distance. Pumping arrangement for water is to be made by contractor at his own cost. The rates are inclusive of pumping as required if any. The contractor should provide the required biodegrdable plastic bags, cleaning tools, hand gloves, PPE to the workers.

COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 3HP to 5HP SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS OF M/s KIRLOSKAR/MODI MAKE ( SEWAGE DISPOSAL PUMP / DEWATERING FLOOD CONTROL PUMP) and ensuring its proper operation throughout the year, specially round-the-clock during the entire period of monsoon including Pre-monsoon checking & conditioning of Electrical Power Driven Engine Pump, supplying laying 100m/150m/200m Hose Pipes as required for pumps etc. complete, utilising for Monsoon Emergengy Response etc. and as directed by Engineering-in-Charge. Note: All Spares / Bearings as required to replace shall be under the scope of this item and needs to be provided / procured by the contractor. Repair of the pumps will be carried out at BARC Hospital site only. No pumps will be alolowed outside. The necessary repairing arrangement at BARC Hospital site will be arrange by the Contractor. The Payment will be made quarterly basis i.e. 25% in Quarterly Bills

COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 1.5HP to 2HP MECHANICAL SCREEN WITH MOTOR OF M/s JASH / VOLTAS / PARCHURE / JD / SHREE PROCESS EQUIPMENT ensuring its proper operation round-the-clock with periodic checking & conditioning of Electric Operated/Driven Motor, Belt, Gear Box, Chains, Spracket & Screen etc. including Emergengy Response as directed by Engineering-in-Charge. Note: All Spares / Bearings as required to replace shall be under the scope of this item and needs to be provided / procured by the contractor. Repair of the Mechanical Screen will be carried out at BARC Hospital site only. Mechanical Screen will not be allowed for outside for maintenance purpose. The necessary repairing arrangement at BARC Hospital site will be arrange by the Contractor. The Payment will be made quarterly basis i.e. 25% in Quarterly Bills

COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 1.5HP to 2HP AIR BLOWER WITH MOTOR OF M/s EVEREST / TMVT / AIRVAK / AKASH and ensuring its proper operation round-the-clock with Periodic checking & conditioning of Electric Operated/Driven Motor, Belt, Gear Box, Air Grid System & Difusers etc. including Emergengy Response as directed by Engineering-in-Charge. Note: All Spares / Bearings / Lubricatiom Oil as required to replace shall be under the scope of this item and needs to be provided / procured by the contractor. Repair of the Air Blower will be carried out at BARC Hospital site only. Air Blower will not be allowed for outside for maintenance purpose. The necessary repairing arrangement at BARC Hospital site will be arrange by the Contractor. The Payment will be made quarterly basis i.e. 25% in Quarterly Bills.

COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF M/s ARYAVARTA / LILLY MAKE ELECTRICAL PANEL OF SEWAGE PUMPING STATION and ensuring its proper operation round-the-clock with Periodic checking & conditioning of Electric Panel and Accessories etc. including Emergengy Response as directed by Engineering-in-Charge. Note: All Spares / Fuses / Relay / MCCB / MCB / Lamps / Switches etc. as required to replace shall be under the scope of this item and needs to be provided / procured by the contractor. Repair of the Electrical Panel will be carried out at BARC Hospital site only. Electrical Panel will not be taken outside for maintenance purpose. The necessary repairing arrangement at BARC Hospital site will be arrange by the Contractor. The Payment will be made quarterly basis i.e. 25% in Quarterly Bills.

HIRE CHARGES OF HYDRA / JCB for trimming Tree Branches during Monsoon Preparedness or as & when required during emergency in monsoon period etc. complete as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

LEAD CHARGES FOR LEAD UPTO 4 KM: Lead charges for lead exceeding 3 km but not exceeding 4 km by mechanical transport includinmg loading, unloading, stacking, levelling etc. (Note: The rates in respect of Item are applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% from corresponding TRUCK Measurement). Note: Trasporting of debries at disposal ground, disposing, stacking, leveling & statutery charges if any will be responsibility of the Contractor and no extra charges shall be paid for the same.

CALIBRATION/VALIDATING OF GAS DETECTOR MACHINE AND COLLECTING SEWAGE SAMPLES, TRANSPORTATION TO LABORATORY AND TESTING OF SEWAGE SAMPLE FOR THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS: Temperature, Turbidity, pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Total Suspended Solids, Oil & Grease, Biological Oxygen Demand (27°C - 3 days), Chemical Oxygen demand, Electrical Conductivity, Calcium Hardness as CaCO3 & Magnesium Hardness as CaCO3, Total Hardness as CaCO3, Total Alkalinity as CaCO3, Ammonia as NH3-N, Residual Chlorine, Chlorides as Cl¯, Nitrate as NO3¯, Sulphate as SO4¯, Iron as Fe, Silica as SiO2.

PROVIDING STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections Using materials manufactured by SAIL/ RINL/ TATA or any other approved brands of BARC confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

PAINTING ON STEEL SURFACE & FENCING WITH TWO COATS OF SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT with two finishing coats over one coat of primerof approved shade & make over one coats of approved steel primer including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding & cleaning, cost of all materials, labour, all as per specifications etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
