M&L Repairs to Potholes of any Depth, not exc. 1.00 Sqm Each including Sweeping free from Dust, Mud or Water, Scoring Sunken surfaces in Roads, Paths, etc., Cutting around Edges to at least 25mm in Depth, Making Good by Applying Tack Coat @ 5.0 KG Per 10 Sqm, Putting in Pre-mixed Bituminous Macadam, Using Paving Bitumen of Grade VG 30, Well rammed and Sealed with Binder 9.8 KG Per 10 Sqm, Blinded with 0.09 CUM of Stone Chippings, 6.3mm Size and again Well Rammed (including Supply of Pre-mixed Macadam, Binder and Chippings). Depth of Potholes exc. 30 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Potholes to be execute/ repair in Indepandent Locations only.

M&L Preparing existing Black Top Surfaces of Roads by Brushing with Wire Brushes for Removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and Finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Air Compressor to Remove all Loose Dirt, etc. and Applying Evenly a Priming/ Tack Coat with Bituminous Primer @ 5.0 KG Per 10 Sqm (Using Paving Bitumen VG-10) on Existing Bituminous Carpeting Surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40mm Consolidated thickness with 5.5% Binder Content (using Paving Bitumen VG 30) by Weight of Total Mix, Mixed in Central Computerised Hot Mix Plant and laid with using Mechanical Self Propelled Paver, Rolled and Compacted to required Camber and Gradient Using Power Roller exc. 8 Tonne and not exc. 12 Tonne Capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Semi Dense Asphaltic Bitumen Concrete (SDAC) shall be designed as specified in the Particular Specifications. Contractor shall Quote Unit Rate considering Bitumen Contents as specified here-in-above. In case of any variation in Binder Content on Minus side, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs. 65.00/KG of Binder/ Bitumen. However, no Price Adjustment in the Quoted Unit Rate shall be made on Plus side. Cost of Filler is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Preparing Bituminous Surfaces of Road and Marking 2.5mm thick Centre Lines, Stop Lines, Dashes, Arrows, etc. and the like not exc. 10 Cm Wide on Roads, Pavements with Hot Applied Thermo-plastic Road Marking Paint of Approved Colour, Confirming to BS 3262-1989 with Special Applicator Machine all as per Manufacturers Instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cat Eye Solar Reflective type of Metal Body Alloy of Size 100x100x20mm with PAMA Striplens Reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable Size all as per Manufactures Instructions including Taking up/ out Old Unserviceable Cat Eye of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Solar Cat Eye Aluminum Alloy shall (100% Water Proofing Design according to 65) of Size 125x125x25mm (Shank 65mm) of High Efficiency Mono-rystafie Solar Panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt One NI-ed Rechargeable Battery (1.2 V/ 1600MA) Consisting of Super Bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd all as per Manufactures Instructions including Taking up/ out Old Unserviceable Cat Eye of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

DEDUCT AGAINST "TOTAL AMOUNT OF CREDIT" Bidders must Quote the EQUAL AMOUNT (as per SCHEDULE OF CREDIT at SERIAL PAGE No. 16 of Tender Documents) under Column 'UNIT RATE' (M) against ROW No. 19.
