SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including removing the demolished material not exceeding 250 mtr away from site and disposal off in low lying area as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness recovered or only a part there of) including removing the demolished material not exceeding 250 mtr away from site and disposal off in low lying area complete.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick C:M 1:3 mixing with liquid WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces on roof slab after wire brushing and cleaning top surface on roof slab after wire brushing and cleaning top surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg / Sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar or CM (1:6), 20 mm thick and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement or mud phuska complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No. 5 here-in-before but except tiles Note :- Old serviceable brick tiles to be reused after proper cleaning and washing.

M & L for flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat in cement mortar 1:4 including racking out joints & pointing to brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane mat finished top of weighing not less than 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 Gms / Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP based water proofing membrane complete.

M & L for 20- 22 mm thick factory made PCC tiles of size 250mm x 250mm, ISI marked with grey cement and no pigment , bedded in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over lime concrete roof padding, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 150 micron thick polythene sheet laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 Kg to 0.6 Kg per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 80mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs prepared with wheat straw and cow dung and lay properly including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3mm thick leeping plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding, levelling course, kerbs or mud stops, copings and levelling concretre slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles.

M & L for Brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class “B” brick built in one brick thick with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr means radius complete all as specified..

M & L for Brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class “B” brick (modular size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall complete all as specified.

Taking down old cement plaster on brick or concrete walls, roof slab etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 250 mtr away complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick C:M 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement on wall/ parapets chajjas complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC as in roof slabs (other than ground floors), beams, stair case, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M & L for RCC (nominal design mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for flat rough surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (one coat as a priming coat) complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) WPC for mixing in CM shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Ultratech Seal and Dry (Hi-Flex) High Polymer Enriched Cementitious Binary Water proofing system @ 1.2 Litre per Sqm complete all as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as loose filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of sunken floor for leveling course, surface finished, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm// 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:4) including making good excess taking down plaster area (above skirting tile ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required, including moulding/rounding on edges by grinding, including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe and fixing to supply pipe including PVC connection 600mm long 15mm bore with brass heads & washers with connections fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, wall flange, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement concealed stop cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long shank and cup, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement cromium plated shower rose 125mm size, with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing vitreous china wash hand basin oval type under counter, white colour, of size 410mm x 310mm x 220mm excluding taps, but including fancy type 32mm waste coupling and waste pipe, fixing/counter sunked in granite slab, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Granite slab shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing 15mm bore, Pillar cock, swan neck CP fancy type of standrad quality and size, complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable 20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) including all fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling and laid in floor/concealed in walls etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe and fittings obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve and gate valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from 500 litres tanks capacity and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including, supply & fixing of pillar tap, bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern white of size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests, excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe above floor but including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap set 100mm bore and including setting the trap and pan in lime concrete (1 lime, 2 sand or surkhi and 5 aggretate), min. 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing, including PVC flush pipe upto finished floor level, joints of flush pipe and trap make leakproof and testing upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge before filling concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Dismaintling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Pre -Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm Thickness of any colour having aTensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in tubular (round/square/rectangular shape of pipes as approved by Engr-In-Charge) trusses, purlins, rafter, MS plates,connecting plates, up to height 7mtr including post special shaped washers etc complete incl necessary nut bolts, wind ties and gusset plates etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conformining to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
