Servicing/ comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting system and fire alarm system comprising of Smoke detection control panel (to accommodate and sensing signals from wireless smoke detectors), Smoke detector (Photoelectric detection Technology), External wireless siren strobe, wireless repeater to extend the communication range of detectors, Conventional Fire Alarm control panel, IR3 Infra Red flame detector, conventional manual call point with EN 54-11 : 2001 and LPCB, conventional sounder etc by attending fault testing of system, quarterly checking of system including preventive maintenance by replacing small spare parts complete all as specified and directed. Location : T-45, T-46, T-31, T-5, T-6, T-7, T-8 Hangers and Radiography Hanger - 8 Nos.

Note :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the authorised service agency of any make for fire fighting equipments and the repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for carried out all repairs noticed during the period by providing materials and labour. (c) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of the fire fighting equipments. (d) Checking of Alarm signal should not lost when primery power failure untill the alarm signal processed. (e) Checking of audio amplifiers and tone genrating equipment. (f) Checking of smoke detector sensibility (g) Checking of all speaker circuit and loops.
