Dismantling of existing outdoor units of 7 TR Package AC units including refregerant line and other related items at 3rd floor Telephone Bhavan and shifting to suitable location in the same floor to provide space for new condensers etc as reqd

Installation of existing 7TR Precision Package type AC units complete with all components and air cooled condenser on existing PCC foundation/ floor /existing MS structure etc as required.

Testing & commissioning of existing 7TR Package type AC units as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge & as per standard testing procedures (Note: Testing & Commissioning of the units shall be done by M/s Stulz representative only, Liasoning with M/s stulz has to be done by the agency.Commissioning report of Stulz shall be submitted)

Providing gas Charging for Package AC units with 407C Refrigerent along with vaccumisation, nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing with halide torch, arresting leaks etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of minimum 18 G (1.2 mm) thickness of following sizes with all accessories including cutting, bending, jointing, brazing & painting etc. for hot gas and liquid lines of a single circuit, on existing GI perforated tray including insulating the refrigerant lines inside AC area with suitable fire retardant polythene foam complete as per specifications attached.

(a) Hot Gas Line, 7/8" nominal dia.

(b) Liquid Line, 1 1/8" nominal dia.

Supply and fixing of 1.1 KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armored cable of the following size on the existing MS angle tray (with saddles) & end termination of cable with glands/lugs etc. as required. a). 3 x 2.5 sq. mm (for condensers)

Supplying and laying 25x5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for earth extension etc.,as required.

Supplying and Laying of 10Sq.,mm size of Copper cable for Extension of Earthing from GI earth strip to equipment body etc., as required.

Providing copper lugs for 10Sq mm Copper wire including crimping etc., as required.

Providing plumbing work for humidification circuits and drainage requirements including supply of ISI marked Class-II SDR-13.5 CPVC Pipes (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride material as per IS-15778) with threaded fittings such as bends, reducers, adapter, elbows, tees, unions, coupler, end caps, flanges etc. for water connection of various components of the system complete with plumbing work by applying cleaner, solvent cement, primer, teflon tape & various size of metal clamps for fixing pipes etc as reqd.

a). 25 mm dia (Humidification package)

b) 2" dia (Drain line)

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

a) Thickness 0.80 mm sheet (22 gauge)

b) Thickness 0.63 mm sheet (24 gauge)

Providing MS structure for Outdoor Units / referigerant pipe & cables made out of solid channels / angles/flats etc i/c cutting, welding, grouting, fixing with hardware & painting etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 1.1 KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armored cable of the following size on the existing MS angle tray (with saddles) along with 2 x 2.24 mm dia. bare copper wire for loop earthing & end termination of cable with glands/lugs etc. as required. a). 4 x 16 sq. mm (for pr pkg unit)

Laying of the recovered cable Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) from 7th floor AC plant along with removing and relaying along with end termination etc as reqd
