Providing and Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Fine Fissured (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles With Armstrong 15mmExposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 31%. The tile shall be laid on ArmstrongSuprafine 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/M2 & minimum pull out strength of 100 Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system including taking down existing false ceiling and ceiling tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel bands, straps, support or stays for rain wter pipe, hold fast, clamp and similar small articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roof/floors other than ground level beam, stair case, landing, chajjas and similar items including water proofing treatment in any layers and removal of debris to distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 (Type B0 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) levelling course average thick 40 mm, to match the undulations of roof complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 for receive the roof finishes with water proofing liquid. (WPL Shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as spcified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150grams/sqm) impregnared and coated on both sides with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over and including 03. litres/sqm bituminous primer confirming to IS:3384 and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres /Sqm each layer complere as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed. the weight of APP membrane shall minimum weighing 3.5 kg/Sqm and laid over and including primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps and complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised aplicator of manufacturer as approval by Ge. (ii) Contractor has to submit guarantee of treatment for 10 years. (iii) Rates are inclusive of cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3Kgs/sqm.
