Material and Labour for replacement stiffeners made of 25mm Sq MS tubular pipe 1.6 mm thick and welded to long rail horizontally (one end to each long rail) at equal distance including drilling holes where ever required for fixing plywood with bolts and painting to MS sq pipe pieces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces and filling cavities with putty on surface of CHARPOY TUBULAR STEEL ORs and applying of one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for replacement of hard rubber shoe of legs (04 Nos per charpoy) as per existing colour as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (FD-220): (For item ser No 65 to 70) Material and Labour for replacement of 12 mm thick Plywood top on existing charpoy GI pipe after tightening/ repairing of frame/charpoy. Plywood shall be 12 mm thick, commercial type, MR grade, ISI marked in single piece. Plywood shall be fixed to charpoy frame with and including nuts, bolts and GI washers (minimum 10 Nos per charpoy), dia of bolt not less than 8mm complete all as specified and as directed
