Earthwork excavation in hard stiff clay, black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil inlcuding all cost of lead lift etc complete.

Transporting and fixing of stub and cleat with supply of template and assembling at site and shifting the template from loc to loc including cost of template labour, fabrication charges etc complete. KSR tower with or with out extension .

Dewatering charges during excavation and concreting with 3/5 HP Diesal motor with Pump including hire charges,labour, fuel, oil, transport etc complete.

Providing shoring and shuttering in foundation using wooden planks and scantling including all cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

PCC1:3:6 using 20mm metal for foundationfor tower concrete with out form work including cost of all materials, lead, lift , etc complete .

PCC1:2:4 using 20mm metal for foundation for tower concrete with form work including cost of all materials, lead, lift , etc complete .

Back filling with the excavated earth including watering and consolidation in layers each layer not exceeding 150mm thick and spreading the balance earth around the location labour charges ,lead, lift, etc complete. KSR tower

supply & Providing earthing as per approved specification and as directed by the site engineer including necessary excavation for fixing 3m long 25mm dia GI "B" class pipe and refilling with excavated earth and connect the earthstrip with the leg of the stub including all cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Removal of surplus earth whereever necessary including transport up to 2KM away from the site ,loading & unloading etc complete.

Supply & Transport and erection of GI tower parts including stub and cleat in accordance with boards design as per drawing furnished and as IS ;2062 grade A and as detailed in this specification & tightening punching of bolt & nuts transport charges to each location ,final checking cost of T &P,labour, lead, lift etc complete .

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm metal for muffing coping concrete with form work including cost of all materials,labour, lead, lift,etc complete .

Plastering with CM 1:3,12 mm thick for muffing coping concrete including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc complete

Painting with two coats of using best quality anticorrosive paint over tower leg at a height of 1.00m above coping including cost of all materials,labour, lead lift etc complete in all respects.

Supplying of hot dip Galvanising & bolt & nuts,stepbolt with various sizes of required length,Spring Washers as per relevant latest IS Specification including cost of Transport charges and all lead,lift,etc,complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing welding of all bolts and nuts in the erected towers from ground level to the cross arm bottom level 1 cm each side at two places opposite to each other after tightening and punching of bolt & nuts including painting the welded portion of bolt and nuts two coats of best quality of cold galvanised paint having atleast 90% zinc content and approved by the Engineer at site including cost ofwelding rod ,hire charges of diesal generator and welding transformer, paint and all T & P including cost of all materials labour,lead, lift etc complete.

Labour charges for transporting and hoisting of 9 units of 120 KN disc insulators from department store with supply & fixing of Double tension fitting for panther ,SB damper with all allied hard ware fittings including transport T & P including all cost of labour,lead, lift, T & P etc complete

Labour charges for transporting and hoisting of 8units of 120 KN disc insulators from department store with supply & fixing of Single tension fitting SB damper with all allied hard ware fittings including transport T & P including all cost of labour,lead, lift, T & P etc complete

Labour charges for stringing of 6 Nos of ACSR Panther conductor including cost of loading & unloading transporting , sorting out of drums according to drum schedule providing trusseles ,paying out, jointing,rough sagging, tensioning, clipping, providing vibration dambers at tension locationsand all accessories including jumber connections, cost of T&P ,moving the drum to work spot all labour ,lead, lift, etc complete in all respects . ( under LC )

Labour charges for transport of 7/3.55mm GI earthwire and fixing of GI earthwire hardwares(ie ST fittings, SS fittings, D shackle, U bolt etc) wherever required, paving out, jointing,rough sagging, tensioning, including jumber connection transport charges, loading,unloading ,lead, lift, cost of T&P, etc complete. ( under LC )

supply & transport & Labour charges for fixing of Number Plate , Danger Board ,Phase plate set of three in tower as directed by the engineer at site including all cost of labour transport,lead, lift,etc complete

Supply,fabrication and fixing of name board with 18 gauge plate with one coat red oxide and two coat enamel paint for back ground lettering with enamel of approved colour fixing in tower as directed all materials labour,lead, lift, etc, complete .for name board size approved by the engineer incharges of works.

Providing temporary guys with steel wires and turn buckles including necessary excavation for fixing RSJ/rail bit or concrete blocks for anchorage dismantling after after completion of stringing works including cost of allmaterials,lead,lift,labour etc complete.

Lowering the HT/LT Line during stringing of power conductor and earthwire after restringing the same in original position including labour,lead ,lift etc complete

Labour charges for removal of Small trees

Labour charges for removal of Large tree

Clearing scub jungle including all cost of labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Providing special type trussels forP&T,road crossing during stringing work with casurina props so as to avoid accident and dameges to conductor and earth wire on both side of crossing including cost of all materials,labour, lead lift etc. Complete in all respects.

Releasing and lowering of existing 3 nos panther conductor and restringing the conductor with required sag into the newly erected tower including all labour lead, lift T & P etc complete (under LC )

Labour charges for Dismantling of existing 3 wire panther conductor and devlouted to store including cost of all materials,T &Ps lead, lift ,etc., complete. (under LC )

Lowering & dismantling of suspension insulators ( 7 units ) with fitting and devlouted to store including cost of all major & minor T & P with all lead,lift etc complete .

Labour charges for Dismantling the existing tower in complete member by member to devlouted to store including cost of all materials,T &Ps lead, lift ,etc., complete.including cost of all materials,T &Ps lead, lift ,etc., complete.
