Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, switch,socket or power, Bell & Two way point) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose,sketch light fittings etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric FRLS cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling PVC conduit on surface will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs excluding MS boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earthing to panel with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, GI earth lead strip protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified.
