M/o completed scheme under Nazul A/C-II.

Manual Cleaning and sweeping of Roads, CC path, footpath including clearing grass and disposal of moorum/ rubbish/ malba or waste material of all type, dead animals, birds etc by manual/mechanical means to the nearest approved municipal dumping ground/ dustbin/collection point as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Note: 1.Any challan issued from MCD, CPCB etc. regarding non cleaning of area shall be borne by the agency/ contractor at his own cost. 2. Penalty of Rs 0.5/sqm for (minimum stretch of 500 m) shall be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory compliance in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement. 3. Penalty of Rs.2000/person/day shall be imposed on the agency for non availability of any environment assistant out of 37 Nos. for each such incident in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement.
