SPL REPAIR TO ROADS INCLUDING CONNECTING PATHWAY AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-II AND AGE B/R-III UNDER GE 874 EWS, JOB NO (i) LXVIII/15/SPL REPAIR (ROAD)/TREHGAM/2025-26 and(ii) W/SR (RDS)-VI/ZANGLI/2025

M&L preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat/priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm using (VG10) paving bitumen with mechanical sprayer over black top surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat/priming coat with bituminous primer @ 3 Kg per 10 sqm using VG 10 paving bitumen with mechanical sprayer over black top surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG-30) binder and binder content shall be 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying semi dense asphaltic concrete (design mix) 30mm consolidated thickness with binder content VG 30 @ 5.50% by weight of total mix using 2% cement OPC 43 grade by weight total mix as filler material, laying with mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted with power roller exc 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for serial item No 05 and 06:- (i) Preparation of mix in hot mix plant, spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in particular specifications shall be carried out. Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the contractor shall be responsible and has to maintain the required temperature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compacted. Unit rate against these items shall include for carrying out the works with deployment of these machinery for which nothing extra shall be payable and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable. (ii) Central computerised Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of constituents for preparation of bituminous macadam and the same shall be laid with mechanical sensor paver all as specified and directed. (iii) Over newly provided bituminous macadam surfaces, further bituminous work, if ordered, shall be provided simultaneously after provision of bituminous macadam & no separate payment for provision of tack coat for bonding between the bituminous macadam & further bituminous work necessitated due to the time period gap or otherwise shall be made for separately (iv) The design mix shall be carried out from the Zonal lab/ Govt approved lab/Govt Engr College as approved by GE and design mix shall be got approved by GE before in corporation in the work. (v) The cost of all the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above items.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (150mmx150mmx300mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 as in sub base, floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and and no pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, bed plates, coping, kerbs and the like including necessary formwork and finishing all exposed surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting with roller 8 to12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 200 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A thickness of concrete is 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 65mm deep & 10mm wide filled with pr-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.
