Mowing of lawns & maintenance of hedges : Mowing of lawn areas as per the specifications and direction of Engineer-In-Charge, by means of manual & petrol/kerosene operated lawn mowers, to be deployed by the contractor in required nos. Maintenance of shrubs and hedges by trimming, cutting, hoeing of the soil around, manuring, etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Also the areas have to be kept clear from rodents and crabs by wetting & application of insecticides as and when required by taking necessary precuations etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ((120400 x 12 operation)

Weeding out of ground areas : Weeding out the areas under maintenance in order to maintain the lawns, shrubbery, and open areas weed free and in a clean condition up to the specification given by Engineer-In-charge. etc. complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( 159100 x 12 operation)

Watering of the areas : Thorough and proper watering of the area under maintenance through the watering outlets provided at various places in the ground areas, manually and by water sprinklers wherever possible, other accessories like sprinklers, hose pipes of suitable length and size has to be provided by the contractor in sufficient nos. etc. complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( 159100 x 32 operation)

Sweeping & Cleaning of the grounds : Sweeping of the given areas and keeping the area clean and clear, collection of garden wastes, debris, fallen leaves, fallen branches etc.. complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( 159100 x 39 operation)

Power rolling of the play grounds : Power rolling of the play grounds of all the school play grounds, cricket grounds are to rolled by a heavy roller properly once in the contract period or as and when required etc. complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Minor pruning of the tree branches : Planted in Anushakti nagar as & when required at a height not more than 15 feet with the help of secal tied on bamboo, The works have to be carried under supervision of deparment personnel,complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of area by cutting of wild grass., removing of dry leaves, fallen branches, floating material etc., complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (18000 X 22 Operations)

Mechanical transportation of garden waste collected during mowing, weeding, sweeping, branches from trimming of trees & shrubs & cleaning etc tranportation of the waste to the specified locations in Anushaktinagar , including cost of vehicle, driver, fuel, labour (03 nos) for loading & unloading, hiring the JCB for shifting the garden waste at dumping ground as per requirement etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge ( 313 days)

Providing and spreading of red garden soil free from stones,pebbles etc., the soil has to be unloaded at the gate of Sangam Jalvayu Vihar and thereafter it has to be transported by hand cart to the actual site, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications.(Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing and spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc., the FYM has to be unloaded at the gate of Sangam Jalvayu Vihar and thereafter it has to be transported by hand cart to the actual site, as directed by the Engineer/Officer-in-charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)
