Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work like Providing of new UGD line in any one of the above financial years amounting to Rs.17.98 lakhs in any of the Government/KPTCL/ ESCOMS/Public undertaking/ Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of Executive Engineer shall be scanned and uploaded
work done certificate shall be in the form of quantity Earthwork Excavation-320.0Cum,PCC/RCC-60.0Cum,BBM-56.0Cum,Plastering-480.0Sqm,Painting-480.0Sqm
Achieved, in at least one financial year, a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.71.91 lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only). Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements, Balance sheets, Annual turnover certificate certified by chartered Accountant and auditors reports for the last 5 years i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24 shall be uploaded
The Bidder shall submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return verification form (Form-ITR-V)
The line of credit should be produced not less than Rs.21.57 Lakhs drawn on or after 06.08.2024 in the name of General Manager(Procurement), Corporate office, CESC, Mysuru
The bidder who intends to participate in the tender process should compulsory visit the site & obtain site visit certificate from the Engineer in-charge & same to be uploaded.
