Extension and augmentation of MGPS pipeline system in the extended area of NICU ward and other allied works at Govt. L.D Hospital, srinagar.

Supply, Installiation , testing and commissioning of Bed head pannel 3 feet with provision for:- a) 02 No. Oxygen Outlet/Inlet along with 02 no's of Back Pressure Compensated [BPC] flow meter with Humidifier bottle having control within a range of 0 – 15 lpm (calibration within +/- 10%) along with probe. It should meet strict precision and durability standard.The flow tube and shroud components should be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate and humidifier bottle shall be made of unbreakable polycarbonate material. b) 01 No. Vacuum point along with 600 ml Ward Vacuum Unit along with probe and vacuum slider. The unit should consist of a regulator, reusable collection jar made of unbreakable poly carbonate material and fully autoclavable at 134 degree centigrade, a wall bracket for mounting the jar assembly on the wall.The vacuum regulator shall be adjustable and have vacuum gauge which indicates suction supplied by the regulator. Safety trap shall be provided inside the jar to safeguard the regulator from overflowing and to be fitted inside Pendents & Bed Head panel. c) 01 No. medical air point along with probe. d) 1 sets of 6/16 amps electric switches and socket

Providing & Fitting of 0.7 mm to 1.2 mm thick-below sized distribution piping for terminal units of oxygen, vacuum, and compressed Medical air, , duly colour coded for respective services drawn from Solid, seamless, de-oxidised, non-arsenical, half-hard, tempered and de-greased copper pipe conforming to EN 13348: 2008. All copper pipes and fittings should be degreased & delivered capped at both ends. Copper fittings shall be made of copper and suitable for a steam working Pressure of 17 bar, and especially made for brazed socket type connections. All copper fittings fabricated from the same pipe should conform to EN 1254-1, should be factory de-greased, certified, and individually packed and identified for medical use and painting for proper colour coding. The Job includes providing and fitting plastic saddles of assorted sizes, especially for holding/supporting Gas pipe line network system, complete with all allied accessories. The saddles should be made of high-quality plastic, often polypropylene or PVC, for excellent durability and resistance to corrosion, having a curved shape that perfectly fits the diameter of the copper tube/piping, with using pre-drilled screw holes. All skilled labour, brazing, cutting, tools and tackles as required to carry out the job at the site are included.

Dismantling the existing 3+3 oxygen manifold installed at NICU ward of Govt LD hospital srinagar to pave way for civil works, and, fixing of the same on the other wall as identified in consultation with hospital authorities. The job further includes upgrading the existing system to 6+6 by way of installing additional 3 no's NRV , 3 no's tail pipes and allied works viz. angle iron frame etc. All skilled labour, brazing, welding, cutting, tools and tackles as required for the execution of the work shall be arranged and provided by the executing agency. The job also includes testing of the manifold on full load.
