Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from the boards/outlets boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets ceiling, rose, lamp holders, tube light fittings, regulators etc and making good of disturbed surfaces

Taking down of existing old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing old unserviceable MCB of any rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing old unserviceable distribution board of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of building/street/flood light of any type and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of LED tube light /Ceilling light/Round light/ Bulkhead light of any type and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for concealed point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area drawn through & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit (circular/flat pvc conduit), medium duty not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall/fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles , GI screws , rawl plugs with all fittings including tees , junction boxes & provision for modular box and modular cover of suitable size for mounting modular switches , sockets & regulators & drawing through continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with copper conductor solid conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Note: Cost for cutting chases and making good to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Removing and refixing LED tube lights fitting of any capacity, 220V, AC decorative box type after cleaning with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing and hanging only ceiling fan (M.D. supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED building light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair bracket made of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore bent to shape as required at site for street light fitting 1.2 m in length and fixed on wall/pole including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of treminal control street light box for building light hinged,with suitable size of bus bar 4 nos ( 3 Nos for phase 01 No for neutral) water,vermine & weather proof , made out of CRCA sheet ,steel not less than 1.6mm thick duly painted of size 300 x 200 x 105 mm including fixing arrangement and fixed to concrete pole/steel pole with steel clamps, complete all as specified and directed Note : The rates quoted are inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection and suitable clamps with nuts and bolts etc for fixing of terminal box to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F submain wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded FR Grade copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of not less than 20mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in wall/surface of ceiling for two runs of 4 Sqmm single core HR Grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire between main DB to Sub main DB/ AC plug points complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. Note: Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit.

Note :- Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. Note: Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit.

Supply , Laying , testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Excavation in treanches in soft loose /soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out for taking out and laying cables foudation etc. Brick PCC cables protection cover shall be retrieved and kept in safe costody for reuse).

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling waterning and well remmaning in layers not exc 25cm thick all as directed .

Removing of surplus spoil to a distnce not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for dry clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' Designation 75 old bricks laid dry flat 23cm in width over sand cushioning in trenches as perpendicular to the direction of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair GI pipe light grade 50mm bore in trenches/wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour and required tools for carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/Drain suitable Up to 50mm dia GI pipe all as specified as directed for inserting GI pipe of the following sze with a depth upto 1.5m & length of road upto 12m of the follwing size of bore.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of factory made epoxy polyster powder coated distribution board double door SP&N 8 way 240V fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, suitable for one incoming and 6 outgoings complete all as specified and confirming to IS: 8623 (Make: Legrand /Siemens). Note: Cutting on wall and taking out old one and then flushing new DB and making all the connection as before and any accessories required to fix the DB including making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

Ditto-above but 4 way double door with 200 amps rated bus bar 240V complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repalcement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps ,10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .Make : Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

S&F in repalcement of MCB SP 40 Amps ,10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

Supply and fixing SPN 32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of two pole complete with connection testing and commissioning.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth including plug and socket complete set with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 32 Amp 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of four poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

Supply and fix in replacement of factory made epoxy polyster powder coated VTPN distribution board Triple pole MCB 4 way 415V fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, provision for 125 Amps MCCB as one incommer and 12 outgoings single pole MCB with 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earthbar, Fully insulated busbar rated capacity above 160Amp, shrouded Neutral bars and cable ties for cable management complete all as specified and confirming to IEC 61439-3,Reversible door IP 43 & IP 54. Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider. Note: Cutting on wall and taking out old one and then flushing new DB and making all the connection as before and any accessories required to fix the DB including making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing MCCB 125 Amps 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal & fixed magnetic setting electromechanical type with Ics=75 % of Icu , with breaking capacity 16 KA conforming to IS: 13947-II complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F switch and socket 6/16 Amps (switch and socket mounted saperately) including combination junction box of 3 to 6 module (3 side electric insulated body/enclosed gang box type) made of heavy duty plastic suitable for ready to use and fixing on wall with nuts, bolts & washer, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down ceiling fan (C/F of any size/make), cleaning its dust properly oiling and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the wire to ceiling rose etc complete after completing the wiring all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The spares like cotter pin, nuts & bolts, connecting rods & hooks etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the ceiling fans functional. No extra payments will be done on this account.

Taking down exhaust fan & wall mounting and re-connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan after cleaning all dust complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The spares like nuts & bolts etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the fans functional. The rates quoted for the same deemed to be included for the above job.

M&L for Rewinding the stator complete with super enamelled bare copper conductor with the same size and number of turns as that of the old one insulating, varnishing and pre heating for the following : Note: Rates are deemed to be inclusive of replacing bush, bearing, armature & capacitor of any type, size & capacity, if required as per fan condition.

Supply and fixing louvers of Exhaust fan of size 250mm upto 450mm sweep and removing the old, damaged and corroded exhaust fan louvers with new one, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing blades of Exhaust fan of size 250mm upto 450mm sweep as per site and removing the old damaged & corroded exhaust fan blades with new one, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan support arms, nut bots & washer for exhaust fan of size upto 450mm sweep of any type & size as per site , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and preparing the surfaces of ceiling fan, wall mounted fan, exhaust fan, pedestal fan, removing the grease, carbon dust over the fans and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour with brush painting and writing MES number on the fan of suitable size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Fan modular fan regulator 4 step, 1 module, complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs 196842/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 121 & 122 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) Any disturbed surface during execution of work shall be made good as existing. Nothing extra shall be paid in this respect. The quoted rate are deemed to be included the same cost.
