Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work (DSR 13.99.1)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, JK or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade old work (One or more coats applied @0.83 ltr/10sqm)DSR 13.112.2

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes DSR 10.30.1

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 2omm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under,inculding cutting the patch in proper shapes,racking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete,inculding disposal of rubbish to the the ground ,all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. with cement motar 1:4(1 cement :4 sand)DSR14.1.1

Cleaning of terrazo/ kota/ mosaic/ red sand stone floors and skiring with tatric acid and polishing the floor with wax include machine charge complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engieer in charge
