Making, fixing and fitting of conveyor chain pin as per sample by EN-8 material

Making, fixing and fitting of conveyor chain link plate as per sample with double hole by drill

Making, fixing and fitting conveyor chain block as per sample with triple hole making by drill machine by casting materials

Making fixing and fitting conveyor chain bushes as per sample by EN-8 material

Cutting of M.S plate (16mm) for new chain supports guard & rib making . (i) (66” + 10” ) X 02 side X 02 nos. (ii) 16” X 12 nos.

Multilayer welding after fixing and fitting above chain support guard & rib. (i) 66” X 02 Nos X 03 layer (ii) 9” X 12 Nos. X 02 side X 03 layer

After fixing & fitting conveyor chain pin welding work for locking purpose (i) 3.14 X1.25” X 240 Nos. X 02 layer

Making of conveyor chain flight assly. with (70mm sq. X 180mm ) bar and 16mm plate for box making and rib making etc about 40 kg weight

Part-B Repairing of drive & driven wheel pinion and its arm, gear box (Elecon Make) of sl. No. – H-504 repairing, realignment etc.

Gear box base stopper cutting ( 8” X 04 nos. X 02 times )

Cutting of damaged base plate of above gear box (i) 20” X 02 side X 02 nos. X 02 times (ii) 06” X 02 side X 02 nos. X 02 times (iii) ( 24” + 20”) X 02 side X 02 times

New M.S plate (16MM) cutting work for above base repairing. (i) ( 24” + 20”) X 02 side (ii) ( 20” + 06”) X 02 side X 02 nos.

Rib cutting as per required size for straighteing of base (i) 60” X 02 side X 02 nos. X 02 times (ii) 26” X 02 side X 02 nos. X 02 times

Multi layer welding work for above gear box base (i) 192” X 03 layer (ii) 344” X 03 layer

‘V’ Cutting of wheel pinion arm near crack position by gauging electordes & cutting gas (20” X 04 nos. X 03 times )

M.S plate (12MM) cutting for strip making. ( 20” + 1”) X 02 side X 36 times

Multi layer welding work for above Arm & strip also (i) 80” X 04 layer (ii) 1512” X 03 layer

Welding work for metal filling and hard facing of drive & driven pinion then shape making by grinding work. ( Breakup for I no. 09) (i) Welding work per teeth for metal filling 6” X 6 round = 36” X 14.83 (ii) Hard facing by welding method per teeth 6” X 6 round = 36” X 14.83 (iii) Grinding work for froper sizing – Rs. 610/- (01 fitter), Rs. 522/- (01 helper) = Rs. 1132/- Per day 20 nos. Teeth repairing = Rs. 1132/- 20 nos. = 56.6 So, Cost of per teeth repairing = Rs. 533.88 + Rs. 533.88 + Rs. 56.60 = 1124.36

Secondary crusher gear box opening, Cleaning, Washing, Fitting, Damaged and bend drive shaft of above gear box taken out by hyd. Machine.

New drive shaft of above gear box making by EN-8 material as per sample by ( 70sq mm X 559 mm) raw materials with machining, step cutting and fixing with pinion & bearing and key way new making also.

Providing & fixing of new oil seal, O-ring, anabond etc.

Coal dust, rust cleaning, conveyor chain speeding, handling grinding, re-assembling of motor gear box of secondary crusher roll, fixing & fitting conveyor chain pin, bushes, link plate blocks etc. (i) 03 fitter X 02 shift X 05 days X Rs. 610.00 (ii) 08 helper X 02 shift X 05 days X 522.00

Part-C Repairing of conveyor chain tail end shaft

Dismantling of all components existing work place from tail end after tensioning cylinder dismantling & rust, coal dust cleaning.

Tail end both side damaged and worn out bearing seat welding for metal filling then machining as per req. size

Tail end both side damaged &worn out dust seat welding for material filling then machining work as per standard size.

Tail end hollow shaft damaged and worn out sprocket seat repairing by welding for metal filling then machining as per sprocket size and sprocket fixing, fitting with the help of hyd. Press machine then alignment taken on lathe machine then locking sprocket with shaft by key & welding method.

Bearing pressing and press plate new making as per req. Size.

Tail end shaft bearing 24034CCW fitting & fixing with help of hyd. Machine, bearing supplied departmental

Badly damaged &worn out bearing housing back side dust seal, bearing collar, welding for metal filling then machining, polishing, alignment checking both side.

Tail shaft sprocket teeth both side metal filling by welding method, hard facing by special welding rod then grinding as per conveyor chain link pitch.

Dismantling of tensioning cylinder both side for repairing then re-assembly.

Tensioning cylinder shaft welding for metal filling, then hard facing, polishing, grinding as per required size both side.

Oil seal, O-ring seat providing and fixing, fitting both side.

Re- assembling of tail end shaft with all components and assecories Both side.
